We booked a few nights at this rv park in September while we were at a truck show in Joplin. The drive from the RV park to the show was quick and short, as the park is conveniently located right off the highway. It is extremely quiet, peaceful and a pleasant place to stay! All of the campground residents were respectful of the property and their neighbors. There are wooded sites throughout most of the park with plenty of shade. The pads are gravel and decently level. The sites have full hookups for electric, water and sewer. Some sites have picnic tables, some sites have a swing, and some have concrete patios. There are no firepits at the sites, however, they do have a community pit by the office. Pets are welcome, and they have dog stations around the property for waste disposal. The roads are well taken care of and easy to maneuver around. We were easily able to pull in and out of our site with a 63’ combination. There are more open sites for larger rigs and combos as well. We called about a month in advance, they took down our name and when we arrived after hours, they had our site information posted on an after hours board with directions on how to navigate to our site! It was very convenient and helpful! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for the 2026 GBATS. Thank you all!

Nice, quiet campground. Easy access from highway. Roomy sites. Staff is great, courteous, professional, and goes above to make sure you are taken care of. Definitely would recommend this location.

This is one of the nicest, most peaceful campgrounds we have found, which is why we plan any trip south to include it. The staff is so helpful and friendly; the sites are beautiful..we loved hearing so many different birds and watching the hummingbirds at the feeders!

Very nice campground, mostly shaded under beautiful, established oak trees. Owners are kind and accommodating, even when we had a late check out. Our kids and I really enjoyed staying here.

This is a very nice park with easy access off the highway, level spots, and next door to an RV sales and repair shop. For being close to the highway, there is little to no noise. The park sits below the level of the highway, and sound doesn't bend well. It was nice walking through the dealership looking at RVs.

Lovely small park with great meeting space and lovely little screen room with a full kitchen, TV & games. Easy location to tour Carthage, Joplin and surrounding areas. The staff was super helpful with our changing schedules due to work on our RV.

The location is good with easy access to I44/I49. The park is nice and clean, well kept. The roads are paved, big rig friendly, no problem handling our 45' coach and tow vehicle. The staff was great and very accommodating and you can't beat the price.
