We had an enjoyable long weekend here. The floating dock is perfect for your boat or for fishing. There is a cleaning station and lights on the dock as well. Excellent facilities for camping whether it is a tent, trailer or RV. Fun playground with parent seating and a covered pavilion nearby. It was fun to watch the barges travel up and down the river, seeing them raised or lowered in the lock.

The park is nice, clean and has a lot of space. Gatehouse closed pretty early the night we stayed which caused a small issue for us, but the stay wasn't bad.

Just WOW ! I had never been here before now I didn’t even know this place was here but we had my son and his girlfriends gender reveal here and I was so amazed at how pretty it was, safe, very clean and taken care of, the man at the gate was so nice. They even have a small playground for children. I will definitely recommend this place to others and I will for sure be back to host more events here. If you get a chance to go you should , it’s a great place for events, party’s, fishing, picnics or just to go and have some alone time by yourself or with your family! Just a beautiful place to visit !!! Highly recommended!!!!!!
