Wow, what wonderful service. We had a flat on our way to our destination, leading us to take an unexpected stay at this place. They got us in so quickly and helped us out tremendously. They were kind and generous! We only stayed one night but if we ever travel back we know where to stop! Very spacious! Thank you!!!

Nice park with clean showers and fun amenities. Can walk right onto the beach, enjoy the sun and water. Pool and hot tub are very nice. No lights at night so beware, it's dark. The road is very noisy but you get used to it.

Nice quiet place. Seems to be mostly long term, seasonal RVers, with a lot of vacant RVs (a little early for the snowbird rush). Great bathrooms with full service privacy (one toilet, sink and shower in each of two private bathrooms). Never saw a lineup and assume most rigs have fully operational bathrooms. It's always nice to have plenty of room on hairwashing days, though! Park is expanding to about triple size and if they don't add more bathrooms it could mean some waiting for the facilities.I

Went to pick up a friend here. The sign isn't visible until we almost missed the entrance. The building units were not numbered very well and everywhere said no parking so we couldn't even park to walk around to find someone to ask.

My girlfriends RV is in this resort. We go there to be uninterrupted while brainstorming new ideas. That and yes we will be selling bikinis on Tues & Wed. Little tiny houses right in the river the clubhouse here is AMAZING they have it all , pool table , foosball ,ping pong, bbq s full kitchen with everything you could need to have a party blender, etc. Bathrooms showers super clean. The owners are really nice people. There is also a pool with a jacuzzi for after fun relaxing. Great place , Great location and who doesn’t love a river front office?

This older park is under expansion in June 2025, which will greatly improve the entrance which is tight for a coach and a towd. The location with Colorado river views are great

We drove in but left quickly. Lots of long-term residents, sites were close together.

I stayed in the RV Park here in my motorhome for 4 months. Erin and Randy are absolutely the best and very helpful. The facilities here are amazing, and always so clean and fresh. Beautiful property right on the Colorado. Only knock, is iffy wi-fi, but otherwise this property is perfect. Tenants are all kind, and return each year, which I think says a lot! This place is amazing, I will definitely stay again.
