From the moment that I called a few weeks ago to make arrangements and get help renting a truck through loading our unit and dropping off our truck, Jennifer was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to work with. Jenn and Jeff at Compass Self Storage were fantastic to work with. They made sure to provide answers to all of my questions while I was evaluating self storage options. They made sure to find the best option for me in terms of space and made sure that I liked the unit before I signed the contract to rent. They even went so far as to make sure the dolly was there when I needed to move boxes from my car to the unit! I really appreciate their stellar customer service and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this location in particular.

Overall solid experience Clean facility! Being able to park inside is more convenient than I can explain! Friendly staff. The only downside are the price increases. Unfortunately you get that at every storage facility so it's a downside no matter where you go. I would recommend this place to others especially if you are looking for a short term storage facility!
