Childhood vacation home to my husband who is now 67. We just visited yesterday, and found out that the owners are still the same family. If that doesn't say something! I was in awe seeing my husband speaking to them and talking about old times. And here we are now, renting a cabin on the lake. It really does my heart good seeing him so at peace.

We went here to get a sesasonal campsite for next summer. A great place. Right across the road to the lake. Nit a motel.

Amazing customer service very accessible from the road and close to the lake so you can kayak and canoe or park your boat over there. I’ll sort of good things happening here if you wanna go camping or wanna have a fun place to go Conesus Lake campground place to go.

Lot spaces were small and there are alot of "permanent" rvs. Some quite rundown. The hill is a killer, so you need to rent a golf cart. Our folding e-bikes couldn't cut the hill or the poor road conditions. Lake access is across the road.....again down the hill. Showers were clean but far apart. Staff was friendly and camp store was well stocked with fair prices. We stayed at one of only 3 "lower" spots.

Really cute campground. It is on a hill, but the sites are level. Bathrooms/showers are clean, friendly staff, and well stocked camp store. Right across from the lake with lake access. We will return here!

This is a great campground/RV park. The location is fantastic; you're not far from anything you may want to see or do in Rochester, and you're surrounded by the Finger Lakes Region which is absolutely beautiful. They have a great store here, a pool, a great little store, really friendly campers/RVers and the staff is so wonderful you'd think they were the owners! They are highly invested in ensuring guests have a good experience. We'll be back at some point in the future.

I went back and forth on this review all weekend. But in the end, I have to give it 2 stars. Pros: Quiet, peaceful, good staff and friendly neighbors. Good views, and lake is right across the street. Sites have gravel to pull the camper onto. Cons: We booked the first weekend they were open and not a single amenity was open or available for use. That was really disappointing as we wanted to spend a good amount of our time at the pool. Why even open this weekend if you're not going to have everything ready? The store was randomly open and closed. I went down hours before it was due to close to get firewood and it was apparently closed for the night. Getting anyone on the phone is difficult. I called several times before booking and after and could only get an answer once. The entire campground is built into a VERY steep hill. Walking anywhere is not a thing, especially with little kids. So just to go to the playground, we had to climb in the car. The sites are small and nothing to write home about. Overall, just not a great experience. We will not be back.

From the genuine welcome when we arrived to the grateful checkout, we had an excellent stay! Two workers took us to our site and helped us back in without our asking and they didn't make us feel stupid as they coached us. There was a pool with a lifeguard which I find unusual and wonderful for a campground. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as were the seasonal campers. Fellow campers seemed to follow the rules and everyone was in bed by 10pm! My family enjoys a quiet camping experience and this was it. Also, the bathrooms seemed newly renovated and were clean and well-kept. One of our best camping experiences ever at Conesus Lake Campground!
