This is a great place to park your RV if you are on a tight budget and or if you are looking for some peace and quiet not a lot of activity not a lot of managerial b******* The two Wi-Fi guest logins function pretty well most of the time they have a really nice little shower and laundry room with four private showers cuz I sink and little dressing area each and very inexpensive laundry machines and as far as I can tell the monthly rent is is less than 95% of the other RP parks out there or or be resource or whatever you want to call them and the management is really cool. I would give this about a four-star doesn't really have a you know a game room and a little beach area where we can go swim or decks you can put your lights on and hang out and have a little get together on a weekends or something it's just nice and quiet good place for kids to be able to run around and not worry about somebody running them over or or stealing them this is nice as secure and haven't seen her any chaos or commotion since I've been there which has been about 6 months.

It's nice and quiet and they have a green area for children to play and in front of the field is a beautiful school.

The property management is wonderful. Great small community of people. Quiet. Has dog run for exercise in a safe environment for fur babies. Convenience of town within minutes but country like setting. Close to lakes and Turner Falls. Definitely recommend short and long term stay. Clean laundry and shower facilities are an added bonus and only $1.50 to wash and dry.

The park itself seemed okay, but beware if you are visiting a guest at this property. I was chastised by their management for using their restroom because my friend (the paying guest) had given me the code in order to get to the restroom. His pipes had frozen during the ice storm. The employee I was confronted by made it clear that I should not have been given the code to the building the restrooms were inside of and asked me to leave. She even accused me of using their showers, which was rather odd because I hadn’t used anything but a restroom. Anyways, I found the entire conversation offensive and she had made it clear she wanted me to leave, despite having done nothing to warrant such rude treatment. I told my friend about what happened and he said he was able to work it out with management, but by then, I had already left and doubt I’ll ever be going back to this location ever again. I was really surprised at how blatantly rude they were here. By the time I had finished talking to their employee, I was pretty angry (for good cause, in my opinion) at being treated so poorly. For the record, I was never disrespectful of the employee or their property at any time. I treated the employee during our conversation with far more respect than I was given. If you plan on having any guests or non-paying individuals come by to visit for any reason, I highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

stayed 2 weeks, 200.00 a week + 400.00 was charged 500.00. the Girl at the check in said she was new and couldn't do refunds. she would let the owner know. i have been trying to get the refund for 5+ months. at first it was just passing the buck. ie "i will speak with the owner" now it is no response. i would suggest just drive the extra few miles to another park. not worth the 200.00 a week

basic rv park, paved/level spaces, good bathroom/shower situations, but the kicker is you really can’t go wrong with the ghostbusters movie playing right outside your front door. bill murray = awesome bonus. we loved the drive in feature!

This place has a lot of potential with the drive-in and friendly staff, however, our 1st visit did not leave a good impression. Upon arrival, we found the trash at site 25 was not picked up before mowing leaving behind a cortex applicator, dog poop, the shredded inside of the cortex, a ball of hair, Q-tip & various trash. The hose bib is below ground making blowing it off difficult without hooking up the hose first which sends the rust etc. through your hose. Hope they improve on these things.
