I am providing this park, which is not a resort, with a two-star rating, and I have a few reasons for this assessment. The primary reason is that the park does not offer the amenities typically associated with a resort. While there are concrete pads available, their upkeep could be improved. The initial site I was assigned had issues with wasps in the electrical box and an ant infestation. The office's off-site location, across the street, proved to be somewhat inconvenient, particularly as this information was not readily available during the reservation process. Furthermore, my reservation was initially canceled due to the park's preference for long-term sites for local workers. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me upon my arrival, which is why I have given it a two-star rating instead of a single star.

We (my fiance and I) have been here for a few months and haven't had any problems. We are minutes from just about everything and the staff is very polite. Kayley, at the front desk, will help you out with anything and everything You need. She's very kind and pleasant to talk to. The laundry facility next door is always clean and the attendant is also very polite. It's a tad bit pricey but, all in all, I would definitely recommend this place to others. It's gated and safe, very quiet and well kept. If we ever need to come back to Louisiana, this is the only place we will stay.

Really nice park. Level sites and long enough for the 40 foot motorhome and the trailer. We could also fit our car behind the trailer once unloaded. Beautiful grassy area for our dog. Not sure about laundry or restroom we only stayed one night. Had fun at the the Horseshoe Casino about 13 minutes away. Golden nugget and another casino is also in the area. Best time at the Horseshoe casino. Great cocktail servers as well. Also. Easy to book the site. The young lady was very helpful and sent what we needed via Text.

Cooling springs RV site is very quiet, safe, secure and clean! We stayed with them for 7 months and they were great!! I would highly recommend staying with them! The office workers are so kind and helpful. There is paved roads, and even a gate with a code to get in. They mow your grass when it’s gets too long. All over great place to stay !!!

Nice park, gated because the office is down the street at there mobile home park. Grass is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. They cut it but you could have bailed hay with the trimming. The nices people ever. Did not meet them but they even called and made sure we had everything we needed.

Could be a nice park. We stayed one night. Huge lots with plenty of space between sites. Overpriced ($50+) for what you get, or don't get. Lots of green space around the park. The grass throughout needed to be mowed, it was about 12"-18" tall throughout. The office is across the street at the mini-storage facility. The sign for both the storage and the RV park apparently sustained heavy damage in the hurrricane and was non existant, causing me to pass by the park. The park is gate protected. The park is occupied by mostly long term contruction workers working around the Lake Charles area. The park has no amenities, onsite. There is a laundry room next door ( within walking distance). The streets, inside the park, are asphalt and each site has a level, conctrete pad with a concrete patio area. I did not see any picnic tables, BBQ pits, fire rings, etc. at any sites, that you would find at other parks. The park has great potential but needs some attention n.

This is really pretty with the water all the way around it.

Perfectly level spaces that are long enough for a full size class A and towed vehicle plus another car and a concrete patio area too. Laundry is next door no other services. The park has a gated entrance, not sure why the fence around the park blew away in a past hurricane. The price is to high for what you get but lots in construction workes staying in town so make money while you can.

Spacious but expensive. $750 a month for an RV slot is crazy. That said, this is the nicest RV park in the Lake Charles area, and they have huge spaces with lots of parking
