Big open lots with grass . Floods easily with heavy rain with no way for water to drain away .. City water hookup has very erratic water pressure , even with pressure regulator ..Very dull atmosphere (not very friendly ).. no internet..

The traffic on hwy 78 is pretty noisy at times but it's cheap to rent a spot and it's got a boat ramp
