Onsite recreation includes a seasonal swimming pool, a miniature golf course, and a playground for children. Pet owners will appreciate the dedicated KampK9 dog park, which offers a safe space for four-legged friends to run. Additional conveniences like a camp store, laundry facilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure a hassle-free stay.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

There is no shortage of adventure just minutes from the park. A visit to Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is a must, where you can hike scenic trails or catch the elusive moonbow. History enthusiasts can explore the Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum, the birthplace of the original KFC recipe. For water sports, Laurel River Lake offers crystal clear waters for boating and fishing. Additionally, the nearby Levi Jackson Wilderness Road Park provides a look into the region's pioneer history.

Who This Park Is Best For

The Corbin KOA is an ideal match for family vacationers looking for a kid-friendly environment with plenty of onsite activities. Its strategic location makes it a favorite for long-distance travelers who need a dependable, big-rig friendly stopover along the I-75 corridor. This is one of the best KOA's ever. The owners and staff are so pleasant and welcoming and helpful!! Due to an injury, we extended twice, and they made accommodations for us even though it was Halloween weekend. We have stayed here before, and the new owners are making great improvements. We will definitely be back.

I recently rented 2 cabins and an RV site for a long weekend at Corbin/Laurel Lake KOA. I cannot say enough about this beautiful little campground and its amazing staff. Prior to the trip we had to modify dates several and each time I spoke to John he was friendly and helpful. The cabins were very comfortable and spotless. The RV site was spacious, level and well maintained. The campground is beautifully decorated with pumpkins and mums and was perfect. Our grandkids loved the playground and corn pit which included dump trucks snd diggers! The bathrooms were spotless with hot showers. The washers and dryers were THE BEST I’ve ever seen at a campground. They even have a dog wash! But the very best part of this campground is the staff. Each and every one is pleasant and helpful and friendly starting with John! Thank you for providing a place to have a wonderful family getaway.

Great place with awesome upgrades. Best KOA we have been to by far. The owner is really making this an awesome campground for family fun and ensuring they have great activities for the family every weekend! We did a great craft making our own succulent decor and it was amazing! We appreciate the great events they provide and the family fun! This was also our first Halloween event here and we had a blast! We won the 2nd 2025 Halloween site contest! Thank you all for a great weekend!

What a wonderful place to stay! Spent one night in one of the lovely cabins available. Staff were fantastic! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The park itself is beautiful, and a great location! Near the highway for easy travel but has a very off the grid feel to it despite that! Bathrooms and showers were excellent, shop was adorable. We especially enjoyed the dog park! My only complaint would be the gaps under the dog park gates, where little paws could possibly escape! Highly recommend this KOA!! Thanks for a fantastic stay! (JJ the kitty was also very welcoming!)

We were on our way home from Florida with the motorhome and stayed here. It was a really nice spot and the bathrooms were gorgeous. They were just redone and there were live plants in there. It was super homey probably one of the best bathrooms. I’ve been to in a long time. Had fresh beautiful flowers to at our sight too! loved it

We ended up here by accident, actually. John was incredibly helpful and friendly. My family& I usually disperse/free form/primitive camp so ending up somewhere with electric, water, Wi-Fi at all sites was uncommon for us. We noticed on the map that there were some cool kid's activities however none of them were available on Saturday. These family friendly activities listed that were unavailable to us were; bounce house, outdoor movie theatre, axe throwing, and swimming pool. Playground is quaint and sufficient for younger children. We camped in our tent. Due to the nature and design of public/community campgrounds we felt exposed however the bathrooms/showers were wonderful and moderately temperature controlled. I would recommend this place for family weekends if you're going to Corbin or near by events for the weekend.

We are just leaving this campground. It is a lovely place. It’s clear that the owners take pride in their service. Bathrooms were very clean. Internet was fast. Staff was pleasant. Out only issue with the trip had nothing to do with the campground. Aside from hiking, there is very little to do in this area in April. We did enjoy a couple days of great hiking but had quite a bit of rain the rest of our time here. The town of Corbin left much to be desired. Not a lot of restaurant options. But if you plan to just be at the campground, this is a great place!

We stayed with all my children and grandchildren, we all had a wonderful time. The campsite we had was great. John, Gary and the whole staff were so helpful and friendly. Very clean bath house and laundry. Kids loved the playground and the short walk to the lake to fish. We will definitely be going back.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Corbin KOA near Laurel Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality—John and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their customer service was top-notch, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The campground has clearly seen some wonderful renovations recently. From the beautifully updated landscaping to the fresh, well-maintained amenities in the cabins, everything felt clean, modern, and inviting. You can tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into the upgrades. The location itself is peaceful and scenic—surrounded by natural beauty and just a short drive from the lake. We had so much fun relaxing, exploring, and just enjoying the outdoors. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and nature. We’re already planning our return trip. If you’re looking for a great place to camp with fantastic staff, upgraded cabins, and gorgeous surroundings, this KOA is the place.

Stayed in the Lodge at Corbin Lake KOA for a week. It was clean, quiet and comfortable with updated bathroom facilities, new TV, a kitchenette supplied with everyday needs, new and clean bedding, and games. More games available in the office and a little store with fun items to purchase too! The newly remodeled laundry room was easily accessible and didn’t require quarters! Owner had thoughtfully decorated for Christmas making the Lodge that much more enjoyable. 10+ KOA location! Owners and staff friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back and without hesitation stay in the Lodge at the Corbin KOA! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
