I had to give it one star because after our stuff was broken into tge first time; we were told that they were going to get better security but found out that they didn't since our storage broke into the second time. My husband and I had to move our stuff to another place. We realized that after it was broken into; our stuff was not safe because the storage was able to open even with the locks on it....

Had a unit with this company for quite a while now and I can honestly say that the staff here is very exceptional at their job! Don is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable of his work! Recently left the unit place because we finally got a new home!!! Thanks again Don for being there like family and ensuring the safety of my things! I wish I could rate you guys more than 5 stars!!! The facility is small however sometimes less is better! Quality over quantity! Friendly staff!! You guys rock!
