I loved storing my camper here. It's a little expensive, but when you factor in the great security and peace of mind, it was well worth every dollar spent. The staff was friendly and getting set up on monthly autopay made things very easy! I would highly recommend this facility to my friends, family, and anyone reading this post.

After renting for 18 months and spending $30k in rent they won't send me my deposit back. They blame it on Covid and a slow USPS. It's been 21 days since my move out confirmation and still haven't received my deposit back. Several of their employees will speak to you as if you're one of their kids, condescending and will speak down to you. They have a ton of rules, but they only enforce them with certain tenants, other tenants are allowed to break those rules. Their "security" entrance is broken a lot. It was out of order for at least 55 days out of the 18 months I was there. Anyone could enter and leave during those times, not much for security but they sure do charge you a premium for it being a "secure" property. Shady business practices, questionable business ethics, unreliable, and full of half truths, I would find somewhere else to store your things.

I would give Steve 10 stars if I could! I have used storage units in the past, and overall he made me feel that he did care to know my situation and that he was going to take care of me like he said. I would recommend for everyone that needs units to see Steve. The place is clean, and the secured gate reassures that your belongings are SAFE. Thanks again Steve for making a single mom know that there are compassionate humans left out there!!

We have been looking for a Unit with tall enough doors to store our 40' RV. You offered us the perfect solution. The west Omaha location is convenient. Your site is easy to get in and out of with our RV, the convenience of having power and lights inside the unit is great, the hours are convenient, and it seems very secure with all the security cameras. Thank you Steve and Amber both for your help.
