Been here 3 months and this is the park I will be staying in long term. Management is present, friendly, and just do a great job of accommodating guests, long termers, and visitors. Washers/Driers: ✅ Pet friendly ✅ Restroom with Walk in Tiled Shower✅ No swimming pool, but Blanco State Park is 25 minutes scenic drive, costs $5 for a day pass, and Swimming in The Blanco River Highly Recommended! Camp or Stay Here!

Cottonwood RV park is a wonderful place to live - It’s in a great location, quiet and within driving distance to everything the Hill Country has to offer to include so many fabulous wineries. I really enjoy being here. I highly recommend Cottonwood RV park to friends.

Just visited a friend who stays here and LET ME TELL YOU! The atmosphere was amazing, the lots were roomy and the people and vibes were just 10/10! I highly recommend this place and really want to brag on the cleanliness, which I feel some rv parks tend to struggle with. Can’t wait to visit again and maybe bring my own rig here one day 😊

I stayed at Cottonwood Creek for four months this year to be near my daughter who lives in the area. The park is situated in the Hill Country just west of Austin, which is a beautiful area. It is easy to get groceries and shop in a couple of nearby communities that are close by to the park. The park is quiet and peaceful and I felt safe. I had a very comfortable stay here. The management was attentive and responsive and the park is well-maintained. There are large trees that provide good shade. The other residents and RVers were pleasant and the vibe was cooperative. I plan to visit for an extended stay again next year and I will definitely stay at this park.

I have lived here for 4 years. Our favorite part of this park is Larry and Lee, the property managers. They are welcoming, friendly and go completely out of their way to make us all feel like a community. I truly know our(whole community) best interest is in their hearts. The lots are larger than other local parks, rent is completely reasonable, the park is kept clean. The laundry room is kept available and clean as are the 2 park guest bathrooms. Local residents are friendly, people go out of their way to say hello or check in. Further more for the bad reviews; I totally disagree with them all. Our property mangers are fair, our park is kept manicured and safe.

This an amazing RV Park. Disregard older reviews because they have new owners since they first opened. The community is welcoming and kind. The landscape is beautiful and it's pretty quiet. The grounds team, especially Larry and Lee, are the nicest people you'll ever meet. My family and I will be coming here whenever we're back in town.
