Great time with Operation Catching Freedom and fellow veterans and first responders. Fishing was a little slow but weather was fantastic and had fun spending the day with my oldest son. Thanks to Captain Lance for a very nice day.

This is an easy camp out spot. Full tackle shop that is willing to talk to and help out the kids. Docks for the kids to fish from and park the boat. Two nice beaches to swim from. Bathrooms were old but well maintained and clean.

Review for Coulee Playland ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Amazing view! The scenery here is beautiful, but some parts of the experience were disappointing. The showers were horrible—75¢ for "7 1/2 minutes," but mine shut off after just 4 minutes. I spent 2 of those minutes just trying to adjust the water from cold to hot. On my second day, they also took the boats and canoes up for the year, so I missed out on riding a canoe, something I’ve always wanted to do. The shop is lacking items, and if you need a gas station or store, you’ll have to drive a couple of minutes to Grand Coulee. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with amazing views, but some things definitely need improvement.

Was a nice clean campsite. Beach access was down a hill not handicap friendly unless I was in the wrong spot. Our rv spot was along the highway. I would put in a wood fence, probably would help with the traffic noise. We showered the first night in the public showers and the water was cold second night they were warm. Overall nice spot but not my first pick.

Most sites are right at the waters edge for all kinds of fun. Sites were generally clean and most had some shade. Next to a busy road with no barrier, so watch out for the kids and pets. Lots of dog poop at the bottom of the evergreen trees by the roadside. One tree had a gallon worth of poop just dumped there. Staff were just kids and not very welcoming. They didn't offer a site map, directions how to best reach your site or any campground amenities. Sure are right at waters edge and easy access to go swimming. Bring your boat, jet ski, etc. and enjoy a fun day in the lake. Nice view of the hills and lake.

Was ice fishing this winter and stopped in to see what they had...I will say this...if you're a fisherman and need gear and they don't have it ... you didn't need it ...one of the biggest selections of fishing gear i have come across...my auger blades needed sharpened and they were out of replacements...they went out of their way to sharpen mine...had everything we needed for a great day of ice fishing other wise and great people with a sense of humor ...will definitely be seeing me again when the ice comes back .... heck I may even drag my boat over for some walleye fishing =)

This place has the best ice cream I have ever tasted. And the amount you get is crazy! Very friendly employees. Will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

I walked in for a reservation pass. Lou didn't know that the store even sold reservation passes. As I was getting ready to drive away. He flagged me down saying that they do have reservation passes. I go back in to fill it out. After filling it out and seeing that there is a $80 fee. I called my wife to confirm that price was okay. She pointed out that we would be paying full price for only half. That is the point when Lou got very rude. I apologized the fact that he had to staple the two papers together and file them away as if that was a very difficult task. Maybe Lou needs retraining as he was not a pleasant employee. Or get a new employee who can provide better customer service. The next time I go in I will not be so nice.
