Clean, convenient with water and electric, and the price felt fair for everything they offered. The vibe of the people was chill. The train wasn’t an issue for me but my mother in law complained about it, and no Wi-fi but my hotspot worked fine. Oh, and so many fun things for our kids! Really nice bathhouse. We’d definitely stay here again!

You need to bring your own bedding, towels, dishcloths, paper towels, kleenex - all they supply was toilet paper. We had one fork & three spoons. Blinds to the rest of the campground were broken with large spaces in them & the kitchen had 2 baby roaches. Refrigerator & oven were fine, but we did not use the shower because it was extremely small and the floor was a bit warped outside the shower. The bed was quite soft, causing back pain so we cut our stay short. Other cabins we've stay in during previous stays were quite nice, but this cabin (#3) was very small and a disappointment, considering what we paid.

We had an amazing stay, as always! You can tell the owners really care — the grounds are clean, well-maintained, and full of fun little touches that make it feel welcoming and relaxed. We took advantage of the guy coming around with the poop wagon and had him pump out our camper since we weren’t on a sewer site and our grey tank got full over the holiday weekend. Really nice that they offer that service! The staff is friendly and helpful, the activities are fun for all ages. We loved the gated entry, the slip ‘n slide, and the scavenger hunt! Already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely campground with lots of amenities and family friendly. The last 3 years we've stayed an extra day past a holiday. Each time the dump station was full, so we could not empty our black and grey water. One year they did offer for us to use a full hookup site so we didn't have to pull over an hour home with our tanks full, unfortunately not this time. Then at home we have to drive 26 minutes to a nearby camp ground to dump. So be aware of this issue following a busy weekend. Other than that, this place is lovely.

Our family camps a lot, yet Country Bend is the one campground we keep returning to year after year—usually several times each season! Country Bend is one of the quietest and cleanest campgrounds and has just the right amount of amenities. We love the pool and rounds of Bingo as well as the putt putt courses, Saturday morning crafts and holiday activities! The layout is perfect for campers of all kinds and it truly does feel like a family atmosphere at Country Bend!

It's a nice park but not big rig friendly. I know the rain is not there fault but very soft narrow roads, not much gravel. Map shows loops to get out and they were roped off, so you have to figure out another way.

We stayed here for a week in April. It was quiet, as we were the only ones in the area in which we stayed. Kate and Jeff were very candid, that the sites have trees and recommended site 111 with FHU and best open sky for satellites. I work remote and our Starlink is flat mounted on our 45' coach. The site was long enough for our coach and toad. We enjoyed evening walks, beautiful sunsets and the peaceful well maintained grounds. The only con is it's very close to train tracks, with trains rolling through the night. We turned our fan to high to drown out the noise and by the 4th night, we weren't hearing them any more. We'd definitely return. The park is only 7 miles back to town, with Walmart and other shopping, as well as the historic Ariston Cafe, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

For transients who were offered better, it's ok. Google Maps: it's not a hotel. It's an RV campground. On our way out west, as the day progressed we found this based on a Google Maps rating, which for restaurants is very good. The phone reservation process was a snap. We arrived after hours in mid October and our assignment was taped to the check in building door. It appears there are nicer spots for the longer stay campers. Ones like us who said we wanted to be away from other campers take the less desirable spots. I can't blame them. Even so, it's wooded and clean. There is a very nice playground and when offered spots near other campers, next time we should take them.

This is a great campground! Love the setting! The sites are a bit close, but it is not a problem. There is a great pool and big bouncy thing! Not just for kids!😊 The restrooms and showers were very nice and clean.
