Good place, very close to Madison and I20. Ask for a spot well away from the road (US441) it gets pretty noisy at times.

Extremely sorry customer service. Walked in and waited for a hot minute while the young girl was sitting behind the desk listening to an older guy gossiping about cows. When I inquired about space rental, I got a simple “nothings available”. No bothering to check, nothing. Unprofessional as hell.

Very clean park with friendly staff. Park is 99% full time live on site. Transient spots are at the front of the park with a good bit of road noise. Main con was water pressure stayed down around 40 psi

Great long term RV park. Restrooms are always clean, nice hot showers, super nice management. Not a lot of space between rvs but very nice for long term. I LOVED the town of Madison. I would definitely recommend for someone looking for long term parking at a very reasonably price. Wi-Fi worked great during our stay.

Quick access to Interstate 20 in Madison. All month to month sites now with an occasional nightly site available. Clean. Kinda of tightly packed in. Good for overnight/ passing though. Not a destination campground. No dump station, but if a pull through is available you can dump for $10. Major roadwork on Highway 441 might make entry a little tricky.
