Steve is great and easy to work with. Edit: they are always willing to work with you. I needed some additional gravel to make my site more level.

I've been storing my RV with Country Stor-House for several years now...Just good folks! They have been very resonable about rate and rate increases (or the lack there of). Has been a very decent relationship over the years.

Very good experience, most reasonable prices and very understanding owner! Convenient location and right on 55. Ours was a interstate move and the storage was able to accommodate 60 feet trailer without any issue. Owner Steve is very friendly and accomdating. When we moved out our stuff from storage before the date we planned, he is gracious enough to refund our money for the unused month. Overall very good experience and will always use this storage in future when needed.

Great place to store a trailer if you like getting your stuff busted into constantly. Security is nonexistent. One side of the "fenced-in" lot has no fencing and is open to the woods behind it. Have had break-in attempts there three times now.

I rented two units and a parking spot from them. I let them know I planned to move out of the two units by the end of the month. I was unable to move everything and left one of the units locked with things in it. It was the first of the month and I was going to pay rent for another month. They called me ,after cutting the lock without my permission, and told me there was some shelving left in one of my units. There was also a washer and dryer, an upright air compressor and a large antique Persian carpet. Somehow, after they cut my lock, those things had vanished. When I confronted the manager, he offered me a new lock. If they had a decent security system I'm sure it would have shown their employees toting off my belongings. Since it was my word against theirs, I didn't pursue it. I did feel it was my duty to warn others so the same thing didn't happen to them.
