This place is absolutely amazing! The staff was awesome, the facilities were clean, the activities for the kids to do kept them so busy and sleepy at the end of the night! Gaga ball and bounce pillow were a hit! The nature trail was wonderful and such a nice walk! We will definitely be coming back next year!

My husband and I recently stayed in an adorable glamping tent. It had everything we needed, including a stove top, mini fridge, and coffee maker. It had two rooms, which included a bunk room. This is a beautiful property with many amenities. There were many activities for kids and adults. The bean bags and pickleball court were a hit with many. The clubhouse would deliver ice, pizzas with a simple call or text. We had rented a golf cart which was super fun to ride around on and check out other sites - which were decorated for Halloween. The staff were great and take pride in their jobs. The property was well taken care of. I would recommend this KOA and can't wait to visit again.

We just spent a long weekend at the Covert / South Haven KOA and had a fantastic time. The campground is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and spacious, level sites. Our kids were never bored—they loved the pool, jumping pillow, and the planned activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It's in a great location, just a short drive from the beaches in South Haven. It’s a perfect spot for a family getaway. We're already planning our next trip back!

Great family camping spot for RVs, cabins or tent camping. Tent camping is very secluded with trees covering most primitive spots, made for a super cozy camping weekend! The tent spot did not have a grill grate over the fire pit, which made it a little difficult for grilling food. Overall the spots are very clean and spacious, each spot looks a little different which is very cool! The bathhouse was super clean and maintained well. The pool and water park are also well maintained. Pickle ball court looked brand new!

We pulled in our travel trailer for the weekend. Ordered pizza the first night and had it delivered to our site. It was nice and quick for a meal we didn't have to cook and to rush to get food. The amenities were nice, clean pool, clean splash pad area and public restrooms were nice. Something for everyone at the campstore. All the activities we did were great. We painted pottery $, tie dyed tees $, rode the barrel/tractor ride, jumped on the pillow jump, and played bingo $. Della was super nice and welcoming, always said hello or have a nice evening. We will definitely stay again. The price was reasonable for full hookup.

We pulled into this KOA on our way to a Dirtbike race with our motorhome just to dump the tank. We got there about 30 minutes after the office closed. I got lucky and an employee happened to stop by for something quick and unfortunately I wasn’t able to make a payment to dump, but we were desperate so I offered her $50 to let us just dump and leave and turn in the money for us when the office was open. She accepted and we dumped and before we could leave she came running back to us with our money. She said she was able to reach management and they said to keep the money and go ahead and take our time with the dump. I thought that was not only really helpful and considerate, but it told me she was an honest person. She could have put that money in her pocket and no one would have ever known we’d come and gone but her. I was also super impressed with the tidiness of the campground. Just in our short trip to dump the tanks I saw three separate fenced dog parks with a bright red fire hydrant in each one. 😍 such a cute idea! The pool and little water park area looked sweet, too! I was very impressed with the place! To the owners: thank you for letting us dump! We really appreciate it and it saved us a ton of time not having to look for another place.

My site was gravel. Not quite level. Had to use 3 plastic spacers under trailer wheel. There are paved sites. Full hookup. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. They pick up garbage at your site in the morning. Dumpster also available if you miss the pickup. You can buy firewood. Lots for kids to do. Bouncepad, splash Waterpark, pool, play areas. Also had pickleball and corn hole areas.

Campground was very neat and clean. We had a pet pen site and it was great. Our dogs enjoyed it. The patio furniture was really nice. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Upon booking we had reviewed the map and made sure the tent sites were close to the bathroom but upon arriving the bathroom listed on the map was not even done being built. Upon arriving they told us rather than communicating it before hand on the website. When you have 4 females and a younger kid camping that’s a pretty important factor for booking. When figuring out accommodations upon arrival we were told we could rent their golf carts for “half off due to the inconvenience”. That inconvenience and miscommunication would have cost us another $150 dollars for our stay. When asking if they were able to do anything else due to their problem communicating, the lady at the desk was very snarky and just stood there smiling saying she was basically doing us a favor. I tried politely explaining how adding another $150 dollars onto our stay was kind of insane for something that wasn’t our problem. We simply would have booked somewhere else. We decided to just drive our cars in the middle of the night up to the other bathrooms and when mentioning that was a concern because we had neighbors the lady at the desk just said it would be fine and to not worry about them. Later in the stay we decided to run in and get ice cream from the camp store and I had paid for it for my friends and I and the lady made a little comment saying “oh so you have all the money now” like it was a dig because I called them out and didn’t want to spend $150 on something that wasn’t our fault. The overall communication with the people at this establishment was poor. The site was also listed as a gravel pad but was completely all sand. The bathrooms were also supposed to be cleaned between 11am and 1pm and they were not. We walked in before 11 one morning and we asked the lady if we should come back and she said she was just “freshening up”. The bathroom had a broken soap dispenser and didn’t seem like it was ever fully cleaned and the dirty mop was also left in the bathroom the entire time. The sinks also did not have hot water but the showers did. If you are paying for a KOA I feel like these are very basic things that should be available. Overall I would give it 0 stars just based on the attitude of the one single lady and the miscommunication overall.

Stopped in for only one night while traveling through with our motorhome. What an awesome campground! Frank at the front desk was as helpful and friendly as they come and the rest of the staff we encountered were the same. This place has all the amenities you'd expect and need ... laundry, propane fill, pet areas, etc. Fantastic place for the younger ones ... playground, pool, game room, bouncy thing, courts, etc etc. Minutes from Lake Michigan and South Haven, nestled in a woodsy location, this KOA is definitively a destination place for families. Competitive pricing as well.
