This was a stop for a business trip with convenience into the Bay Area. Nice RV with some long term rentals. Clean site, super friendly staff, with some trails at the back of the campground into the Coyote Creek Trail area (bonus for walking). Good value.

**UPDATE: As a response to the "owners" response to my review, I want to address the fact that there is in FACT no LAW preventing children from being in a hot tub. They are simply using "guidance" to prevent families from enjoying the amenities. We have been traveling full time in our RV for 2.5 years with 3 children under 10 and have NEVER been able to not use the hot tub with them. From Newport Beach to San Francisco and all in between we have been tubbing with the kiddos! UPDATE OVER** If you’re looking for a long term stay in Morgan Hill then this is a good option. If you’re traveling through on a short stay I would suggest anywhere else! The park is beautiful and well maintained, no complaints there but this is a LONG TERM PARK very oriented towards that!! So super fun we got to hear all the diesel trucks start and idle at 5-6am when the husbands left for work…while we were on vacation trying to sleep in an RV!! Not possible!! There is a K-rail out front of the park so you HAVE to exit going north, there is no option! So to get to town you have to go a few miles out of the way every time. OH and fun fact the stretch of road it’s located on is nicknamed “Blood Alley” because there are so many deaths and accidents on it! Street races at night on the weekend were fun around 11pm…not!! They also don’t tell you or disclose anywhere no one under 14 is allowed in the hot tub! My kids are excellent swimmers, don’t pee in the water and have great hot tub manners…better than most adults I’m sure, but we don’t get to use it because of some arbitrary rule they didn’t talk about ahead of time. It’s an oh btw sorry yeah no, you don’t get to use it while you’re here! Bummer! The shuttle to the golf course is very nice, and a great “perk” if you’re staying there and planning to golf…but the reason they do this is because accessing the course requires a 10-15 minute trip to go like 1 mile or less. The gate to the golf course is the back gate and gets locked up so you can potentially get stuck there if you stay after golfing to eat or have a drink. The location is really the bummer, there’s trash EVERYWHERE on the road in and it’s just “ghetto”. Once inside the park yes it’s pretty, but all the long term people have very clearly made their spots home, and have junk all over them. Our next door neighbor had an oil drain pan with a filter sitting in it right in the middle of his spot for most of our stay. This was the 6am worker 😩 not what I wanted on vacation! The staff should do a better job of putting short term people in the same area and really focus on those guests stay versus the long term group that just can’t afford to live anywhere else in MH so their options are limited.

Rv Park used to be really nice I heard. From what I can tell it is not. Ants are infesting our trailer and the park won’t do any kind of mitigation. Fruit flys are everywhere. The pool is freezing cold. The hot tub is not even hot it was very cold. If this place wasn’t the best or closest place to work I would leave immediately. Do not recommend coming here

We have been on a long-term stay at Coyote Valley RV Resort. Our stay over the last 18 months has been excellent. This resort is well maintained, secure with an overnight guard, and hosted by excellent personnel. There are a variety of spots for any size traveller. Beautiful views and this area has excellent weather. We checked out several other RV parks and are very happy with our decision to stay here.

Quiet and spacious RV park. I could easily park my (rather small) camper. You get an assigned spot and the host guides you in. Facilities include everything you need – showers, laundry, and a small shop.

Well I have been staying weekly at Coyote RV resort over the past 3 months and have absolutely love my stays. The park hosts and staff have always been clear to the rules and regulations. The park facilities have always been working and in clean order. This is not a luxury park compared to others that call themselves luxury’, we have stayed at places that are much much newer in materials or more amenities but those were also much more expensive or located directly on the coast say. Coyote is a great, safe park for a family to stay. I recommend it highly.

The negative reviews here are absolutely true. The front desk posed it as an option to be escorted to your site. But it's not an option. This man with very rotten teeth put his face in my truck and yelled at us and threatened to come after us for trying to back into a site without supervision. Indicating we would damage RV park property. He was nasty and sexist towards my wife and I saying we were going to damage their property. Pretty awful. Avoid at all costs. San Francisco RV Park has much kinder staff. It was SO creepy. We don't feel safe here at all with him terrorizing the guests. First thing he said with his teeth leaning into my truck was " if you damage our property, i'm gonna come after you". Like chill. Insurance exists for a reason and you'd literally know who it was bc we signed in. It's so sad this man has literally nothing better to do with his life. Goddess bless him.
