Beautiful beach. As for the campground, packed in like sardines and if your rig is larger ( ours is 33 ft ) forget maneuvering through the park. There is a fence on bother sides of the road where you ha e to turn to get to the sanitation station, you have to leave the park and come back in as you will not be able to make the turn. There are solar lights lining the narrow road so making wide swings is impossible there, barely was able to get on my pull through site. The sanitation station does not take into consideration rigs with the water filling on the right side so that was another nightmare. On a good note, fishing was great.

Loved the campground but don’t camp on the 4th! No one monitors the noise at night. Fireworks flying right in front of our camper. Isn’t that a danger for fires? Also, dirty bathrooms, no soap and sometimes no toilet paper. Had to pay .25 for a shower. What a joke. Have to pay 15.00 for a yearly sticker. Site claimed to have water and didn’t. Leveling the site was very challenging!! Loved the lake though.

Really nice beach and playground. They have a covered pavilion, play set for kids, volleyball net, boardwalk, plenty of parking, swings and baby swings.

Been coming here since I was 10 this place is the best campground I’ve been to! Whether you’re pitching a tent or staying in one of the cabins this place is amazing. Beautiful beach and boardwalk as well!

My family has been camping at this campground for a little over ten years everyday labor day weekend. It's always been well kept and never had any issues with staff or the campground. The beach is nice and I haven't yet had any problems with trash on the beaches or park. Good sized pavilion for gatherings. The picture doesn't really show the beach, but this is the view from the beach.

Great place to take my son! The county park has a big beach and a playground for kids. There is a place to tie boat for the day which is neat. There is also docking near hammers restaurant. I also love the boat launch. You can launch up to 4 boats at a time which is pretty neat to watch. I also heard about a lagoon fishing spot somewhere near the launch.

Great family orientated campground. The only downfall is bring your quarters to shower. I used 75 cents and had plenty of time and water. I'm unsure how long 25 cents is. The water is beautiful. The people are fun and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

I took my kids here just to play and swim for a few hrs. The restroom looks a little sketchy but it was convenient. The play ground is dated but they had a blast. A very cool old merry go round, we don't see those often. Toddler swings, full swings, two play structures, monkey bars. It was plenty of room. The beach is great!! I love that it stayed quite shallow for the first few feet, great for the toddlers. My sons found some really cool shells here and some living snails and zebra mussels attached to a couple rocks. Only $2 to get in for the day. What a deal! Picnic tables nearby, very close parking. Picnic areas have plenty of shady mature trees.
