Great park. Seems busy with workers but we were able to get a spot for the night. Owner was super friendly and accommodating. It's was only 35 for the night which is better than most around the area. Full hook ups, laundry, nice shower and bathroom. Wifi wasnt super fast but it worked. We were able to watch Netflix. Definitely a good place to pull in for the night.

Very nice and clean park! Our dog had plenty of room to run and play! It is right next door to GW Exotic Animal Park, so you may hear some animal noises! We thought it was neat we got to see tigers everyday through the fence! The owner is very nice! They have an awesome laundry facility. This park is also very close to the refinery there which meant a close drive to work!

Not a super fancy park, but it's not built to be. The owner is a Fantastic Host, and super friendly guy. Rates are very reasonable and they rent spots by the day, week or month. Literally right off I-35 and only 10-12 min from Paul's Valley where there is pretty much anything you would need. Wynnewood, is about 5-7 min with a few places. Dollar General, several convenient stores a Sonic, and a Mexican restaurant. There is a "bath and laundry house", super clean and super nice. Coin operated washers and dryers. Small play gym for the littles, and plenty of grass space for the four legged kids too! Yes, even a dumpster for your Garbage. All hook ups at each site (electric, water, sewer).

I absolutely LOVE this park. The property is immaculate The laundry room and office are spotless clean. The owner is detail oriented and maintains everything well and cares for his residents needs very very promptly. When I moved in he even came right over and backed my fifth wheel into the spot for me. Best place I've ever stayed by far!!!
