Convenient, affordable and secure, everything you need in a storage unit is at Crown. Kathy and her service made this process super easy.. If I ever need a storage in North Las Vegas again, this is where I'll get it.

Management please review the tape from today Saturday 10/15 around 245-300pm!! I had left the door open to the storage building going to and from my car. Cathy came out and said how did you get in here I said I put my code in, no you didn’t yes I did!! Please go double check!! She then said I should close the door because the building is air conditioned. I said my bad, I didn’t see a sign saying anything about closing it or leaving it open. No biggie, I get it, I there a while. So I asked to use the garage can and she said what do you have? I said what you see, it was three boxes. I said I want the boxes so I just wanted to empty the boxes in the can. The boxes were full of pictures and papers. And a broken lamp. She opened the can let me empty one box. And told me it was gonna rain and I couldn’t put anything else in there. The dumpster was completely EMPTY!! Now I understand she might have a had problem before. I was only dumping papers and pictures and one broken lamp in a empty can! Yes completely empty!! She also said they come on Tuesday to empty it, it’s Saturday!!! It was empty!!!! I recently left a nice comment about her. I take it all back!! Because she always says please go online and leave a comment nice about me!!! She is sooo fake!!!! Please talk to her!!!

I very much so enjoyed storing with crown the woman at the desk Cafe was spectacular awesome compassionate caring she deserves 10 Stars great job Kathy will miss you deeply thank you very much her name is Kathy not she deserves a raise because she just does a great job

GREAT!!!!!!! Customer Service and Prices. Kathy and Francisco are absolutely BEAUTIFUL AND AWESOME!!!!!! I am so glad we found Crown Self Storage. I highly recommend this Storage Facility over many others that are higher priced and not always as friendly and helpful as Kathy and Francisco. They represent what Superior Customer Service is. Affordable, clean, and secure. I had a very pleasant experience doing business with these people. Kathy is awesome as well as the gentleman on the counter. I really appreciated the reminders of payments coming due in order to avoid the late fees as oppose to letting you be late and charge. I will definitely be using them again an recommend everyone to this place.
