This used to be our favorite RV resort, but after the hurricane, it just went down the drain the bug situation is so bad so bad that cannot even use. The pool cannot go in the Jacuzzi cannot sit outside as soon as you open the window they eat you alive they need to definitely do something about the pest control outdoor pest control Bathroom. There is no bathhouse so if you’re going to use the pool, be ready to plan on taking shower in your own RV

Great place to stay we had an RV spot on the canal and loved it. Nice dog park for the dogs! Great location close to everything in Crystal River. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful park in a lively area. It was damaged by Hurricane Milton and as of March 2025, the pool, clubhouse, bath houses and laundry are not yet available. But I'm looking forward to returning again. Even without all these features it's still a very nice, quiet park.

We stayed there for 4 nights over Presidents’ Day weekend. The campground was very clean and the people were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a beautiful place. We enjoyed walking around the campground with the dog at night. Also close to the beach that just opened back up. Great place for a sunset. The no see ums near the river ate us alive the first night but we used bug spray the rest of the nights with no issue. Also note the bathrooms and clubhouse are out of commission for the foreseeable future. Recommend this place overall though.

Obviously no rooms but the park is very clean and staff very helpful. They are doing major renovations due to hurricane damage, but they are building back better than before.

A good campground if you have kids. They were in the pool unsupervised and flying around on golf carts at times. Kids in hot tub in rafts. No staff around too correct those issues. Pool was dirty from Friday to Monday. The pool company showed up on Monday and cleaned it. The hot tub worked on Friday, but was broke (no heat) on Saturday and Sunday. It was fixed Monday afternoon. Great location. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. The grounds were clean. There are a lot of permanent trailers there. Some are awesome. I probably would go back for the location and being a Thousand Trail member.

We arrived late afternoonReservation was ready in arrival. Office staff, warm friendly and helpful. The resort is almost sold out. The grounds are well maintained. More after we experience our entire stay

Don't pay for internet access on site! You'll loose your CC money, ending up without access (tried on several devices). Crystal Isles is a very busy Encore resort, with many, many golf carts driving circles around the lake, all night, using head lights stronger than most cars. Very annoying when sitting outside trying to enjoy the evening. Pricing for 1 overnight stay for a C 29 on a standard site: $73 (April 2022).

Cute camp, really cute playground for young kids. Clean. Bugs are bad There are a few issues to consider like The sand fleas in the volleyball area that are vicious. There are only three showers, 2 in the bathouse and 1 in the club house, however They do get nice and hott and have decent pressure. The people are friendly and the park is clean. I miss the ice cream trailer was here for years. The staff are helpful and laid back. You can swim after hours if quiet, The pool is decent size and there's a hot tub as well. :) If they would add another bath house and do something about the fleas I wouldn't have any complaints. I'm sure we will be back as this is our third time camping here. :)
