Friendly staff, easy move in. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. Especially the young lady who assisted me in assigning my unit and signing me out. The new young lady with hair cut.

This place has gone downhill since Cubesmart took over. Within the last 3 months mice have taken over and chewed through just about every box I had in there. There was literally urine and droppings on everything. When speaking with management the response was "I tell people to put their stuff in storage containers instead of boxes" what kind of response is that when I had to throw so much stuff away? I took pictures of it so I'm hoping my insurance will cover everything.

I came in to purchase boxes and was blown away by how helpful Karen was with such a minor task. She explained which were best for my move and which would make it harder. I wanted large but she explained the benefits of the Med box and I ended up buying those plus tape and bubble wrap. If she is that professional and helpful with boxes I can only imagine how she goes the extra mile for her storage customers. Thanks Karen.
