I had storage here for 2 years. Christy was so great! She was so helpful to remind me when my payment was due, always friendly and helpful with anything needed. Great when I was ready to move out. Clean place, good acces hours and excellent if you need to connect with the office. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Poor communication, Tiffany the office staff very rude and seems to bully people and stand back and laugh, she seems to have issues. the 2 other girls were awesome.. Mike the district manager seemed to work along side with Tiffany, he bullied while she sat on the golf cart snickering, just a very uneasy uncomfortable situation. And Tiffany lives in the apartment, seems Everytime I was at my shed she would be staring at me through her window. See the pictures below...yes I took pictures because I felt it was going to get serious. Don't rent at the baseline storage west, especially if Tiffany's working. Not professional at all. I moved all that myself.
