Upon calling to reserve the unit I was never informed that the day I paid for the unit is the day billing started I inform them I wanted to move in on the 29th and I was told that was when my billing would start actually came in before the 29th to pay 2 months on the unit and finalize everything went smoothly until I discovered that that was the day my billing started which resulted in canceling that transaction the staff on hand was great patient understanding and knowledgeable as well as professional I did not move out of the unit seeking new storage from a prior facility for consistently Rising fees

Hi, The person renting was very pleasant. However, the storage space I was assigned was taken. So, that was very Frustrating! to say the least. I had to wait to have that resolved. But, all and all was pleased in the end. Thank you.
