Customer service from the so called female manager was ghetto and unprofessional. Place was nasty and gate was broke. Very over priced

The customer service was OK; however, when I asked for a military discount because I was a retiree, it wasn't honored. There aren't a lot of active duty here so why would you not honor a veteran asking for a military discount typically this is 10%, nonetheless it is less please keep in mind that retirees tend to be more stable and have more baggage when they return to their home of record.

The staff at my store on Warrensville Center Road were incredibly helpful. Essentially, it was a great experience because I had no issues. My items were safe, the facility was always clean, I felt safe in the facility regardless of the time of day, when I needed to change to a larger unit, they accommodated me on the spot. There were always quick replies and everyone was incredibly kind and professional - which mattered a lot since I was moving due to a terrible landlord and needed a safe place to store things until I could get into my new apartment. Thanks for making a stressful time a bit easier for me! I greatly appreciate your help, Jasmine!
