My car was parked in a space here @ the Aramingo location and someone stole my catalytic converter. I got a police report and spoke with someone @ the facility l and no one ever followed up. I just spoke with the manager and he was very matter of fact about the situation. Never apologized and proceeded to say “okay…send it to your insurance”. Not to mention that the fence was damaged and instead of getting it repaired they used zip ties to hold it together. VERY unprofessional. Save yourself some time & money & a headache and DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN OR DAMAGED.

I have to say your staff is very informative and welcoming. I was taken to see the units, she made sure I can enter with no problem, and walked thru with me policy and costs. And speaking of cost cubesmart was $80.00 cheaper than public storage who was attempting to raise my storage again.. If your looking for storage I highly recommend cubesmart.

Great experience. Almost had a major issue but Tiffany helped me out and got me into a different unit that would suit my needs in no time at all. She had a an accommodating attitude the whole time. Service like that really makes a difference!
