Storage can be a stressful thing, whatever/whenever your needs may be. Lisa and Michael are the regular on-site managers at Princess View Dr. & the constant that has kept me coming back for years. Through all life's ups and downs and a Storage West change in ownership these two are still holding down the fort, thank goodness. They know that facility inside and out & will do everything in their power to set you up just right every time and keep things straightforward. Skies above anyone I've encountered all these years. Lisa and Michael are exceedingly reliable, personable and 100% the reason CubeSmart retains my business.

The units themselves may not be the newest and best, but the customer service makes up for that! I have had units here for many years and that is all due to the property managers. When the company went under new management with CubeSmart, all the personal contact with the property managers no longer exists...and that is a shame.

Very nice staff! Lisa and Mike have been there forever and are such great people. The facility is always kept clean and I felt comfortable storing my belongings there. Lisa is so friendly and genuine. I rented there for a few years and only once forgot (was late) paying my rent. They were so kind about it and non-judgmental. I felt welcome there from the moment I walked in the place. My family and I have all rented from this location and love it!
