The whole process was smooth. Angelo was very attentive. At move-in he discussed humidity being a factor and ensured I had information and options to help deal with that issue. He also made sure I had the best deal for my storage needs. At move-out, he quickly noted I was vacant from my spot and took care of things without me having to circle back to the facility. The attentiveness here was fantastic, above and beyond!!

It's a rip off. Every unit is a different price even when it's the same size unit. I actually up grade before one of their promos ended and it was supposed to be only a dollar more. My monthly bill is only supposed to be $35 a month. But management claims they didn't get the memo that the promotion was over. So now I'm paying double for an extra foot of space. They didn't even give me a call to let me know they've stopped the promo. Find another storage facility. I got dooped🤷👎
