This campground was close to the hwy for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice pull through site. Very clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

When a weekend volleyball tournament resulted in full hotels, I resorted to thinking outside the box, looking for a cabin or something nearby and ended up booking a glamping tent. The set up is so nice and peaceful. The porch looks over a running creek with a propane fire pit that I could have sat at all day. The staff I encountered were so kind and patient…even when I tripped a breaker after 8pm! The bathhouse was super clean and nice. One thing that stood out to me, was Feb 28/March 1 weather was considerably nice during the day but still cool at night, but the bathhouse stayed at a comfortable 74 degrees - this showed me the concern was guest comfort, not conservation of electricity only. We are already waiting for the perfect weather to plan a family trip back when we have more time to enjoy!

I consider myself blessed to live here. I call Unhitched my sanctuary. Stunning views, family atmosphere, and WONDERFUL staff. They've always been so helpful to us. The grounds are very clean, as well as the shower facilities. There are resident ducks who are entertaining to watch.

In an attempt to stay behind the recent ice storm we arrived a day early. We had a perfect location near the restrooms considering the temperature. The bathroom and showers clean. The park was easy to get in and out of and the staff/owners? where very nice. It was a great place to hunker down for a few days.

Stayed here one night as we traveled through Cullman. I called to make a reservation, and had the most friendly conversation with the woman who answers the phone. Having read some of their reviews, I easily avoided the dirt road and followed their many, large, and well-placed signs directing me on paved roads to the park. After checking in, the same friendly woman lead us to our long pull-through site, and stayed to check whether we needed anything. We are Passport America members, which made our stay very reasonable. Power was just as it should be, as verified by our EMS, sewer and water were conveniently located. The park wifi was excellent! We had a strong signal and excellent download speed. Our night was quiet and we had an excellent rest. I would absolutely return to this campground when traveling in this area.

We stayed for work purposes. It was a lovely location. Out from town. It has a playground and a pond with ducks. It is an RV camp too. The ladies up front were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone going through Cullman to give it a try.

Not far off of I65, yet quiet. The drive through sites are spacious. We were greeted by the beautiful resident chicken. There is a very nice hiking trail in the woods. There bathrooms and showers were clean and in great repair. We would stop there again. It is about 30 minutes from Huntsville, AL.

Well maintained campground with large dog park and wooded trails. Our site was spacious with a nice picnic table. Only problem was that there was a hole where our stairs came down. Pretty easy to find but the entrance road was narrow. Overall a nice peaceful spot

This felt like more of an RV park than a campground. Has 2 sections - one has wooded level sites which appears to be where residents live and then there is an open field with not a tree or bush. It is quite a walk if you use the campground facilities. Gravel sites are not level and our site was on a hill so it was difficult to even stay upright in a camp chair. In and out of rig was dicey with the hill making last step off stairs dangerous. Picnic table had to be dragged from another site and was rotted with splintered wood sticking out. Water pressure was not good and when we disconnected, our water filter was filled with black funk. Make sure you use a filter! On the plus side - good location - close to 65. Very quiet at night. Staff was very pleasant at check in.

The road coming in is very narrow and has shoulders that drop off. Kind of scary when an opposing car passes. Skinny roads through the park. The site was a pull through plenty long for a big rig + toad. Quiet park with a lot of seasonal sites. We just stayed one night as we were passing through.
