Great spot for an overnight while traveling along I-10. You definitely don't want to spend too much time here as there's nothing to do, but for a simple overnight - it's great. Level, concrete pads; easy access to electric and water. This place seemed clean and safe from what I experienced. We drove 10 minutes into Lake Charles and enjoyed great seafood dinner at Steamboat Bill's. This place was a little hard to find as you have to drive thru the McDonald's parking lot. We camped at Cypress Bend RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

All I could say about the place is it's a clean well maintained area. Close to eating places, a grocery store is within walking distance. Has a laundry mat and showers. My son has his rv in the park. He likes it. It's gated.

Worked well for my purposes of an overnight. A bit tricky to find as it is behind a McDonalds/Shell and easy to miss the signage. Nice level concrete pads with well maintained hookups. Good security with automatic gates. Close to I-10 but A/C drowns out most noise. Would stay here again for an overnight.

It's the best rv camp we've very stayed in. Staff was so helpful in getting our test to work, make copies for us, helping us k owing the ins & outs of area. Well definitely be back!

No dog area. Small rv park but has concrete pads, gated, and close to convenience store

Give it 4 stars based on convenience to I10. Level site which made it easy for an overnight. When you see the Shell/McDonald's pull in and stay to the right. Quite a few permanent RVs and some in disrepair. Nice tiny homes on the property.

Beautiful Tiny Home, Fantastic Rates. Clean and the young girl in the office was very sweet, helpful and courteous. We were tired from driving for 10 hr from TX to FL and decided to stop for the night. I am very happy we gave this place a shot. We were driving a huge Penske truck and they very gladly accommodated a parking area for us. We will definitely stay here again. We HIGHLY Recommend.

Rented one of the bungalows and I was impressed. I'm not looking for much in a bungalows, but they delivered. It was clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay there. Make sure you go to NORTH Thomson though. It is behind the McDonald's. Try it if you're in town and need a place to crash.

Great place to stay! Most RV parks around lake Charles are priced very high so price is comparable to that of other parks in the area. WiFi is better but not great. Cable works well. The grounds are kept clean from trash, dog feces, and other issues. The staff are friendly and quick to help with any problems or needs. Quiet site even though next to I10 and quiet hours are enforced. Lots of people with dogs in the park but hardly ever heard them bark. There isn't much for small kids to do here though. I highly recommend this park, just wish there was something for the kids.
