I stay here long term when I work in the area. The manager is helpful and accommodating. Huge sites. Pet and kid friendly. Porterville is the nearest town… maybe 8-10 minute drive for just about anything.

Fairly quiet considering location next to busy roads. Sites are level but not paved. Lots of amenities but no wifi. Cash/check only, credit cards not accepted.
