Had a great experience getting set up with Denver RV Self Storage. The manager was super helpful in not only helping me select a spot, but she also saved me a bunch of money by recognizing when I’d need to give notice to my previous storage facility, suggesting I call immediately based on timing! I was able to then cancel just in time before month end, and seamlessly move into the new spot without being charged for an additional month. Now that’s what I call great service! I like this location a LOT better, and my spot is easy to back in as well, making this a no brainer decision. Feels good to have faith in management, I’ll likely stay for many years to come!

We stored our 5th wheel at Denver RV Self Storage for 3 years. When we initially signed a lease for our space, Neil told us we could get one month free if we paid a year in advance, so we did. For the additional two years that we used this storage facility we continued to pay for a year at a time as a matter of convenience. When we sold our RV mid-way through the fourth year of ownership, we sent an email informing them that we no longer needed the space and requested a refund for the unused months that we had already paid for. We were told it was not their policy to refund amounts that had been paid in advance. We have a copy of our lease which does not state this policy and we were never told of this policy verbally. We left many messages with the office person to please have the owner (Neil) call us to discuss a reasonable resolution but Neil refused to call us and talk to us about this. So, yes the place as an empty lot is ok for a place to park your RV but the owner is very difficult to deal with. BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT EVER PAY more than one month at a time unless you are SURE you will be there as long as you pay ahead for or you will lose any money you paid ahead. Other people have complained that deposits are never refunded. We did not get ours back either. I wish we had read the complaint on BBB by another customer before parking our RV here!

I've been storing my travel trailer at this location for the past 3 years, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the beginning I was treated well by the staff and easy to understand agreement. Also, this place being so close to Chatfield lake is so inexpensive compared to many other facilities that are further away from an attraction, or in crowded areas. Unfortunately I no longer own the travel trailer and will be moving out by end of this month. But I know who I will be calling first next time I need a storage facility.A.V.
