Very friendly and helpful staff made it super easy to sign up for a storage space last-minute. This is a very convenient facility for long-term vehicle storage if you're flying out of SeaTac, much cheaper and just a 10 minute ride to and from the airport. I recommend Des Moines Way Self Storage for anyone looking for a safe, secure, and convenient self storage location.

Carol is amazing! Initially I called to get a quote about a particular size storage unit. I wanted to know all the upfront costs...no surprises. Carol was very honest answered all of my questions patiently. Then she even made me aware that they even supply the lock that they require you to have! And, it's yours...you get to keep it! The other storage places I contacted require you to have a specific lock and they are more than happy to charge you a ridiculous fee for it. I highly recommend Des Moines Way Storage for your storage needs. Carol was friendly, empathetic and went above and beyond to help me! Can't say enough good things about her!

I rented a unit for a little over a year from here and the service as amazing. I was frequently traveling outside of the country for work and having a place to store my vehicle was incredibly convenient. Carol and all the staff were always accommodating and were always willing to help me with any questions or concerns, especially when I had to request late access outside for normal hours. In the 4 years that I have been storing items, I have found the facility to be dry, safe and secure.
