These folks have lots of Rules that they are super militant about. That's their right, of course, and if that works for you as a visitor, great. To us it feels like being punished for someone else transgressions. Not the right place for us. Overall vibe: rigid and negative (like your visit is burden)

It’s a nice park if u don’t have to deal with the lady that owns it! They lost my rent twice and charged me a double for my electric. Keep your receipts! The office lady yelled at me and they are not friendly at all! I would highly recommend not staying at this park! She acts like you owe her. The pool closes at 5pm and she isn’t accommodating at all! And you can’t ever get ahold of them. She told one of the other people at the park that I am a problem child so she talks about you behind your back. Not a good experience at all!

I have recently moved here full-time and I’m loving it. The community is very friendly but at the same time giving you your space. It’s nice to know if I go out of town for a few days my neighbors will check in if they see something suspicious going on. lots of fun activities to do if you want to.. I am very much enjoying my semi retirement.

Nice quiet and clean rv resort. Mostly park model permanent homes but they are all well kept. It’s a 55+ community but allow rv’ers to stay at any age. It was a bit of a walk to get to the desert area to walk the dogs every day/night but we enjoyed the walks. The pool and small putt-putt course was nice. The laundry room is large with plenty of machines in good condition. $2.00 per wash and $1.75 to dry. We stayed for the entire month of October and really enjoyed it. There’s not much to do in Mesquite but if you like gambling or golf then you will be happy. Check out Chicago Greek nearby for a great meal!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! Though it is not a "retirement community" we seemed to be the only ones under the age of 65 there and we didn't see any other kids the whole time. Everything was immaculate! The pool was clean and warm. Putting green was cute (but we didn't have any clubs so we didn't get to play) and the pickleball courts were FANTASTIC! We would absolutely prefer to stay there as opposed to any of the casinos in town. We will definitely be back!

Went to visit snowbirds, this is were they stayed. Laundromat was nice clean, washers and dryers did and awsome job ( need to buy laundry detergent, softener, dryer sheets and bleach with you, they don't sell any there) have games, crafts, music, pooltables, miniature golf, library room, exercise room swimming pool and hot tub . You can always be doing something by your self, or a group. We were busy everyday. The showers rooms we cozy and nice, I never ran out of hot water. Everyone was nice and friendly. (Only thing is cell (Phone) Service was not great) for our phones, but they are looking to improve this service.
