We were in need of a storage unit while moving. It was quick and easy to rent our unit online. Carole called us the next morning to confirm our unit and set up a time to come in. We met her in the office where she showed us our unit, set us up with the gate/door code and helped us navigate the complex. Carole was super sweet and very friendly. The facility is very clean and we feel very comfortable leaving our belongings in their care!

After going to a couple of other storage facilities. I stopped by Devon Self Storage yesterday. I’m trying to help out a friend who’s moving to the area soon. I was immediately greeted by Carol. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided me with the answers to all the questions my friend provided. She even offered me a tour of the facility. Which is not something the other facilities I had gone to prior offered. I think because of Carol’s outstanding customer service this is the place for my friend. Thank you Carol you’ve made this an easy choice.

I came in last Saturday to look at storage units. Cassy spent a lot of time with me riding around on a golf cart to view different units. Unfortunately, they didn't have any of the larger units that I needed available but Cassy was professional, knowledgeable, very patient and extremely courteous! She tried her best to find a suitable solution for me. The facility was very clean, a few of the units we went to look at seemed a little hot but Cassy explained how they are in the process of correcting the climate in all of the hallways which I was very impressed to hear. Although I was unable to find anything large enough for my needs, I still had an overall great experience with Cassy. I'm sincerely grateful for her time and consideration. I definitely will be recommending this facility to everyone I know!

I had a half garage a/c unit for about 5 years here. Everything about the experience was great. Any issues were quickly addressed. Access was easy, security seemed good and Carol made the whole process of moving in and out easy. Thanks again!

It can be difficult to find a storage unit in Gainesville but I was lucky to be able to find the perfect size at this location. The staff was always very helpful and responded to my emails and calls super quickly! They went out of their way to help us and were always kind. The location of this storage area is perfect as it is near I75 and you pass a lot of shops on the way back. It was a good experience and they were very helpful!
