Update--despite the fact that I removed my RV from this facility and cancelled my contract with this company and they promised to cease charging my card, this company is fraudulently continuing to charge for storage. Do not give this company your credit card information. I agree with the last review that the new ownership is terrible. We have had three break-ins likely because the gate is open more than half the time that we come. The new owners' response to the last review says to call, but whenever I call no one answers the phone and no one returns voice mails. I have sent written communication via email and also receive no response. I am trying to cancel our agreement due to these issues but can't even get a response on that.

Like all the recent reviews… Do NOT store anything in this lot, or give this company your trust or business! New owners took over a few months ago, and the place has become a magnet for crime and theft! Our camper trailer was hit, damaging the side, and broken into!! Calling Devon storage’s phone number (if you ever actually get a person or a message returned) will give you zero help. The one guy we actually talked to said he would review the gate camera’s footage to try and get us any information on who hit our trailer. His response to us being broken into was, “Well that’s why owners have insurance.” Ya, never heard back from him, regardless of the several follow up messages we have left. But they still keep trying to bill us!! Adams county sheriff’s department is now investigating this place because there has been so much recent criminal activity. I hope they figure it out, and this place gets shut down soon, before too many other people get had!

BREAKING IN ALL CAMPERS!!!! Devon rv storage in Arvada, Colorado sucks!!!! Don’t store your camper here!!! Every camper is getting broken into & they are aware but not notifying renters. I’ve talked with other renters there. Camper doors are broken and left open for the rain and snow to blow in it. The past owners AAA storage were good and had a security guard there. Now it’s a free for all!! No security guard, no working cameras! Many campers have left and lots of spaces are now open …. Now I know why! Our camper has been hit twice. I have a “latch it” $200 metal lock on the door! They popped it open like it was simple! Devon raised the price but didn’t Do anything to make the place more secure!!! Run, don’t walk away from this place!! Don’t bother to call them or email them about the issue!! They never respond!!! My husband and I left 3 voicemails, an email and a chat!!! No response. It’s been a week! We moved our camper to a nicer & clean place for $5 a month more and so worth it!!

Reserved online and showed up to drop off my camper. There was no spot with the number that was assigned to me. Tried to come back during business hours and nobody was around, the office was locked, and nobody answered the phone. Then one of the tenants who was hooking up their RV was driving by and let me know that he hadn’t seen the guy who is supposed to help. He also let me know that this is one of the worst storage facilities he’s used and had his camper along with several others broken into and that this is a regular occurrence. Cancelled my contract immediately. I had to go through the Devon online chat to do it since nobody at customer service answered either and the portal does not work. Unless you’re storing something low value or you don’t care about it, try someplace else.

Zero starts if I could. Under new ownership, We've been parking our camper here for years. The first owners were very nice. My camper was broken into and stole my hunting items, and everything I had stored in there. DO NOT store your campers here, this seems to be an inside job. Still haven't received a phone call back. filed a police report, no leads on anything. VERY disappointed considering that this place is supposed to be a secure storage with only access being a gate code.
