Zero stars is more applicable for this storage facility. At my initial move in I was not told when funds were due or the move out process. I moved in, in Aug and I wanted to move out today 10/7. I'm NOW being told by the store manager I have to give 14 days written notice to move out, and payment was due 10/1. Well in Sept they charged me on 10/8, I thought that was my due date. Now, they want me to pay for Oct rent when I'm ready to move out for October! I spoke to the regional Mgr Adriana and now I get a different story, she says she'll credit the late fee for Oct but I need to pay for the month of Oct. Why would I pay for the current month if I'm ready to move out! She then says I was suppose to give a 48 hr notice prior to move out. If the regional Mgr & the store Mgr doesn't know the correct information how are they suppose to provide their customers with the correct information. I don't know if I was suppose to give 14 days written notice or 48 hrs, EITHER WAY that information wasn't provided at the move in time, NEITHER was the due date. They don't know how to communicate, by giving false or misleading information. No one is on the same page about the move out process but they are all on the same page about paying for Oct when I planned on moving out TODAY! I will never go here again, STORAGE RENTERS BEWARE, FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO GO, YOU WILL BE ROBBED, BLINDLY!!
