The folks inside are not all there. They ask for a review after they take your money. And tell you it's not safe to use your own lock. And you should pay for the maximum insurance. Because the gate doesn't always work. If I wasn't in the pinch I was in...I would've definitely gone somewhere else. And the parking lot is full of GAINT pot holes 🕳. Oh yea and you have to drive around the intire property just to get to the units.

Stored my debit card information twice without my consent! Major potholes throughout the facility and the gate has been broke for months! This place can sure use a few major upgrades! One unit I was renting the AC was not working, very hot in there! On the other hand, Grounds are kept clean and Billy is a nice guy!

Mold from a busted roof or busted pipe above my unit destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of items that can’t be replaced covered in black mold unsalvageable.

Went again to check my climate control unit. Charging customers top price for climate control and air condensing unit has been broken for over two years. They are offering a service and charging top dollar do not rent a unit. High price and do not care about a loyal customer. Not recommended

Facilities are very clean and well-run. I had reserved a unit and they helped me get the best unit for my one bedroom. I’ve been extremely pleased with everything so far. Additionally, the staff and manager have been very attentive, super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this unit for anyone who needs a great clean unit for affordable prices.
