Diamond Lake Family Campground

Very nice, small family campground. Most of the sites are less than 100 yards from the lake. Lots of trees and brush between the sites, which are roomy. The drinking water is good, no bad taste. Minimal mosquitos. Quiet. Play equipment is in good condition. Beach and lake are clean, water is warm. Very cute goats and chickens. There are fireflies in the grassy areas. A downside for us is that dogs have no area anywhere within sight of the beach, so I couldn't sit with the dog and watch the kids. In our 48 hours there, the bathhouse was not cleaned or restocked.

This place is amazing!! Owner is so nice and beyond accommodating. We were late for check in and she kept the office open for us. She even delivered firewood to our site after hours. The vibe and positive energy around this place is something you just can’t find elsewhere. We have stayed at multiple campgrounds throughout Wisconsin and this has been our absolute favorite. We have three kids ranging from 5 to 16 and they all had a blast. There is something for everyone. The grounds are very well kept and the sites are large. Other campers are very friendly and welcoming. The seasonal campers were also very welcoming and friendly. This place hits every positive weekend vibe. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay at this campground. The kids had so much fun in the clear water, also the playground and bouncing pillow was a big hit! The staff is very friendly and the campground is well organized. They are offering large sites, we were in spot 73 overlooking the lake and offers a lot of privacy. Very easy online booking system as well. Highly recommended campground. Thank you guys for the great stay ♥️

Fantastic camping place for everyone! I spent hours driving a cart full of kids around enjoying the Halloween decorations, going to the park and just driving for the fun of it! Place is awesome and stays awesome because everyone is respectful!

It was Our first time here, we rented the yurt for the 4th of July weekend. Great campground!! Friendliest people! Very family oriented and lots for kids to do and be entertained!! Just all around great atmosphere! The store is a nice convenience as well! Definitely will be coming back! They book fast if you plan on booking a weekend, book in advance! ;)

Great experience! Small, quiet campground, clean amenities, activities for fun, owners are AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. They let us rebook due to medical issues, and then even offered to help me park my camper as it was my first time! (long story.) Sites are nice and clean, grounds are up to date, well stocked store, swimming area and beach are wonderful. A must stop for campers! As for other reviews-I have small kids, and had no issues with noise, partying, or golf carts, and this was Father's Day wknd. I was impressed how the owners (and the pink golf cart!) enforced the rules actually. All people must stop at the office upon entering, no matter what, so you don't have a bunch of unregistered people roaming around like some places. I even watched her follow and stop a vehicle that didn't check in at the office! Impressive! The seasonal campers are friendly and it has a neighborhood atmosphere. Dont let a bad review stop you from coming!

Most horrific camping weekend ever. We will not return. This is a party campground. If you are one to enjoy countless golf carts zooming through the campground until 2am, this is your place. The manager is no better, with her pink golf cart. Music blared all weekend, with no regard to other patrons or even quiet hours. The old managers followed and enforced the rules. The campsites, however, are tidy and the water toys are a great feature. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. Dislike.

Fantastic place! The lake is large (my photo only shows a small part of it) and didn't feel full or overcrowded. Really nice playground as well. The owners are extremely active and social, and seemed to take great pride in providing the best possible experience. They gave us some great local fishing recommendations. Sites are well wooded with space between, bathrooms are nice. Showers cost $1 but give you enough time to run more than one of your kids through. We had such a great time we're coming back again next week- this is our new favorite place!
