The hands inside this facility easy to work with. Great job. The owner doesn’t seem to care any more. Before I moved away from sac a few years back I had no issues. I moved back to the area less than a year ago. I tried multiple times to get my boat serviced. They advertise on there website as well tell you they work on the boats. I emailed the owner several times. I talked to the hands and they told me I have to talk to the owner. I even ran into the owner and he admitted receiving my emails. Told me he will follow up. After I believe about 5 attempts I gave up. I moved my boat out of storage and notified the owner I no longer need there service. He never responded just how he never responded to me reaching out about working on my boat. A couple weeks later I received an invoice from the owner. But my card wasn’t charged. I emailed the owner my concern of the invoice. He assured me I won’t be getting charged. A week later I received a charge on my credit card. I tried reaching the owner and again never returned my message. After waiting about a week, I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company. What I gather he never replied to my credit card company when they tried contacting him for this concern. I had to wait 2 months until claim was taken care of. Was the time frame for the owner to respond. I can’t recommend this place any more. I only gave 2 stars because the hands. Other wise would have been 1 star rating.

The extra stuff they do - wash, fill tanks, prep your toys and have them ready...are all offered at an indoor storage facility that is competitively priced with outdoor storage places that don't do any of those services for you. Go with Discovery!
