This place is great. We came in town for a softball tournament and were not able to come back and get out camper until late Sunday night. The owners told us not worry we could leave it there until the tournament was over. It really helped me out not to worry about getting it during the tournament.

Very clean park. Everyone is friendly. Ronny is a great handy man. Jack of all trades. We broke down as soon as we got into our park spot,and he came over and knew how to fix our truck without us having to get a tow to dealership. What a blessing. We Love it Here.. Office help is awesome... If you come here to camp for one day or more you will not be disappointed 🙂 🤗🤗

We spent the weekend at this nice RV Park. The sites were very nicely spaced apart. We had a ton of shade which helped as it was hot out. Pool and bathrooms are well maintained and the cable and internet were great. You are close to town so location is great. We will definitely return here

One of the nicest and cleanest RV parks we have stayed at during our 3 month summer trip in our class A motorhome. Super friendly staff, easy in and out, all paved and lots of space and greenery. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

I come down to visit some family members and we always stay here because they're right.Smack.Dab in the middle of where everybody stays, it doesn't take long to get to my family's houses. This place is always neat and the people always friendly😊

What a wonderful little park. Clean, roomy sites. Friendly staff. We were in the back on the newer sites. Very quiet despite being off a main road. The front is obviously older but less than half a dozen permanents left. They've very obviously put some effort into updating and maintaining. Close to anything you want/ need. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The Dothan RV Resort surpassed our expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the facility was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It's evident that they thoroughly considered every detail, including the provision of storm shelters. We occupied spot 1307, a pull-through site located on the end, which was notably quiet. The only drawback, beyond their control, was the presence of bothersome no-see-ums on hot days. Would highly recommend.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the park is not far from where our son was playing. The park was extremely clean, quiet, and full of families. So much for kids to do and felt safe enough to let them ride their bikes with no worry. The staff (Michelle and Skip) were AMAZING. I don't think there are enough kind words for those two. The pool was clean and I loved the fact they have pool toys already for the kids. The poolhouse restrooms were clean. I loved the fact there are storm shelters in the park. All the families staying in the park were super kind. Hands down one of the BEST RV parks we have stayed at. If we have another ball tournament in Dothan, best believe we will be back.

This is a great RV park if you're looking for an overnight stop or longer stay while avoiding 75 and the Atlanta area when traveling north. Our trip was Florida to Michigan this time and it was our first time using this route. The office staff was exceptional and the sites and facilities are great as well. Ours was a long concrete pull thru in the back of the resort. The site was large, easy in and out, and there was ample space between neighbors. We will use this park in the future for sure.
