Best thing I can say is that my deposit was promptly refunded, after I was forced to move out, as a result of a failure of their electrical system (the fault of this business, not the utility). After five months of paying rent on time, and being the kind of tenant that landlords wish they had more of, the owner flatly refused to pay an electrician to restore service to my lot, and instead suggested I go into their electrical distribution panel and fix it myself. If you are reading this review, you are probably not the caliber of tenant this place attracts. Look elsewhere.

The owners are fabulous! They are such wonderful people doing such a wonderful job keeping this place going. The long term tenants are out of this world amazing! I truly love my new neighbors!

The manager there is psychotic very controlling and not as smart as she thinks she is so it makes it difficult to spend time there when she drives up on you until you can't park here you can't do this you can't do that it's just silly but the park has sold from what i am to understand. And i'm sure when the new order takes over that the current present manager will not be a part of the program anymore things were not run very smoothly or very well just my opinion again

Two things need to be done to feel good about the 4 stars I have given, clean out the trashy trailers that live there and 2nd would be to have real office hours with a little more merchandise. This place could be 5 stars with a little motivation and hard work. Super nice gal running the office.

The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She gave me maps of the area and recommendations for different restaurants near by. This RV Park is clean and maintained. The restrooms showers were very cute and clean! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know coming by here!!

This place is a pit! The spaces are small and very hard to get out of. When it rains it is a mud hole. Staff was marginal. I could tell they did not like their job and did the minimum. It did have 30 amp power, water with a sewer connection. It looks like it was marginal 30 years ago. The owners here are just milking it for every penny without putting anything back into it.
