Amazing location, close to great restaurants, shops, a state park, and many other attractions. These locations are easily accessible by bike. The campground is quiet and peaceful. Lots to do if you are into pickleball, shuffleboard, or just relax by the huge pool.

This RV park is a true gem! It’s pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and people-friendly, with an incredible staff that makes you feel right at home. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from a gorgeous beach and only 3 minutes from the grocery store, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommended!”

First off, there is quite a bit of damage from the two hurricanes last year. They are working to restore everything and for that I applaude them. The area is fantastic, so location is perfect. However, there still are major issues, which affected our stay. The sites are slam packed together with very little space between sites. Making it worse, are people parking out into the street. It is hard enough to get into the tight sites, without the additional obstacles. These sites are not built for the size rigs they shoehorn into them. When I made reservations, I was told my 35.5 foot rig and tow vehicle would easily fit into the site. I had to maneuver everything right to the edge of the paving. Slides were into the bushes and the sprinklers watered the bottoms (we placed a bucket over a couple of them). Some of the sites have low branches hanging in the site. We had one in ours and it tore the corner of our roof. No apology even. The only thing they said is they would look into having someone trim it. The portable shower and toilet area had swarms of gnats, flies, and sewer flies, when I decided to check them out. I told the office staff and it was cleaned that day, but the swarms quickly returned. I wish them well getting everything fixed, but we've had our fill and will not be back.

This is probably the best rv park I've ever been in, the staff is fantastic. Management, is so helpful and professional our top-notch grounds are very manicured. Nicest people. I'd give it 10 stars.

Great location, nice clean park. Nice clean pool, easy in & out,and Chad was great to help get us in and situated. This is a full time park, however short term lots seem to be up front. Will definitely stay again...

The storm has created a situation where they turned off power again and your tenants are suffering because of the fact the power boxes have to be replaced. They were told upto a month that is unacceptable. If they go to the town they will team it uninhabitable and force you to act now. Let's get this fixed before your good name is tarnished.

Great property, very convenient to everything. Kevin is an amazing host. We will definitely be back next year!

They increased rent by $72, they put in new washer and dryers that are card only that are $.50 to $1.25 more. All the while, there is still stucco peeling off of the buildings. The bathrooms smell like sewage and cannot be used without gagging. The landscape crew is awful. The lead maintenance tech has the customer service skills and communication skills of a wet blanket. The light up sign at the front is out and doesn't light up, good luck new tenants. The bathrooms have coded doors, yet management refuses to use them, "we have had issues in the past." I have personally seen transients sleeping in and using our facilities that we spend good money on. I have seen drug paraphernalia in the bathrooms. The only benefit of the property is the location.

Absolutely horrendous site, wifi terrible, Pull thru spots terrible, sewage pipes older wont even fit a gasket. Thee worst campground I have ever been to. Customer service absolutely blows kevin, terry, all of them need a refresher course on how to treat guests. Overpriced garbage of a site. Offered me a refund in full. Minutes after being here. Obviously id need to find somewhere else to park if i accepted the refund. I will never bring my family here again! Worst part of all im a floridian been here my Whole life. Love the dunedin area. This put a very sour taste in my mouth. In reponse to your reply: Didnt address sewage issue, At night all you can smell is everyones sewer gasses. Not a pleasant smell, To think that this is considered a premier pull thru spot is laughable. I pay 612 dollars for a week. I am definitely not proud of the purchase. Your pictures online do not match the sites you have in your pull through area. I couldve went to key lime bay which is a more elite and nice presentable location for the same price i paid here. You had 6 spots open at my time of arrival we have kids we couldve been relocated to anyone of those spots. So that was an excuse, and laziness on your employees behalf to not want to commit to the footwork and you were misinformed. I didnt want my kids running in the busy street next to our spot. Your staff applied zero effort in trying to resolute the issue. Other than a full refund. They scanned for 1 minute and just said it was too much shuffling around so apparently my families safety isnt a priority, versus the older couples whom have no kids you parked in those spots that were open, spot number 7,8,15,16 were all open spots i could've relocated to be off of the main road. But did your employees care absolutely not. That to me is bad customer service. And a lack of being personable. Update: you will say anything to keep a customer including lying. You take the guests money and the guests become Friends and talk amongst eachother about the place being a dumpster.

Worst experience we have ever had at a RV Resort. The Dunedin area is very nice, it’s a shame this RV resort is so unfriendly and rude. Accommodating to the retirement crowd. You must belong to the crowd if you stay in the first 3 rows. If you are under 65 and do not interact with the snowbirds that stay there, they will make your stay unpleasant. It felt as if we reverted back to high school clicks. Extremely poor management and communication. They let the snowbirds run the resort. Do not waste your money on this resort! I work remotely and it was very noisy during the work day. Live band playing at their camper several times a week, corn hole in the road and a lot of small barking dogs. However, these things were only acceptable if you were part of their click. Disappointing 3 month stay! It has steered us away from all the Sun Resorts in the future. In fact we stayed a week in Panama City Beach and did not book at the Sun RV Resort due to this experience.
