Small nice community of people. Some are travelers but most live there... I lived there for 12 years. I loved the park and the community. so many people care in the 33 (I think) spaces there are. The overnight sights are pretty much a thing of the past. A neighborhood. There are a few, (3) that I know of that love to start Drama or pursue it by drilling others about things that are none of their business or have the mindset they are smarter and use it to try and manipulate others, so be aware. I moved out due to this kind of nonsense as of September 1st 2023. The park was recently sold and there is some concern in the park now as to what the new owners will or wont change... Including rent prices. I wish the resadents of the park the best.. That brings a thought to my mind. a word in the Bible... (whats done in the dark, will be brought to the light}. You better get your acts together you 3. cause Gods word is real.

New ownership doesn’t know how to run this park. Contracts include services which the management/ownership didn’t provide or pay for (garbage service locked out for residents). Used to be a great place to stay and a tight knit community. The community is still fantastic, just a change of ownership has ruined the place. Stay away

**UPDATE** It's sad to see the new changes with a new owner who lives in another state and a park manager who doesn't even talk to you now. There are no office hours. Forget getting cable or having reliable internet. This park is open but no one is home. Best to keep on going and get more for your money. Other parks in the area charge less and have way more with a Manager there for problems that could arise. **From a year ago** We been living here for almost a year and enjoy having a great park to live in. The Park Owner's are wonderful and take great care to make sure everything is running smoothly. Beautiful landscaping with touches that show attention to details with lovely Tulips and Daffodils growing this Spring. They have a awesome place for your dog's to get a good run and play with. Laundry is great, love washing my clothes on site. Restrooms & Shower's are always clean. Great Community, and great neighbor's too. The NEW Management, Tom & Connie have done an excellent job and it really shows. Internet is awesome to have and all my favorite channels make my day!!
