First of all let me start by saying that this campground is under new management, or so I was told. However, I would not call this an RV Resort. This probably was a very good place when it first opened. Campgrounds are not easy to maintain, if you stop caring. Sites are mostly level. Our site was on a curved and hard to hitch back up once we disconnected. The pavement needed repair and there was a drop off in the front. Water pressure was horrible. Electricity was good. It is very convenient to I75. Site in section B are close, but for an overnight stay not it is ok. Several full time residents. Hopefully the new owners will bring back the character to this campground. Price a little high I feel. We paid $65 a night with no discounts.

The place is clean and suited our needs for an overnight rest stop. Late check in was simple. Lot space was large enough for our rig and trailer. This seems like a well kept secret. I especially like that I could call and speak to a real person about our needs! We will see you in the spring!

We stayed here for one night while traveling from Florida into Georgia. We arrived late at night and left in the morning. So, we were not able to take advantage of the pool. We did stop in the store in the morning and the staff was very friendly. The site had full hook-ups and was inexpensive for a grass pull-thru site. The bathrooms had locked doors with a code to get in (love that!). The bathrooms were very clean and smelled clean as well. This will certainly be our go-to campground when traveling in the area and need a place to stay for the night.

My family and I spent three nights here while visiting our favorite theme park and I have to say the negative reviews we read did not match what we encountered. The check in was a breeze. Every one of the staff members we came into contact with (from the owner to the groundskeepers) were friendly and helpful. As they are new owners, you tell they are working very hard to bring a fresh new experience to the area. The pool area was clean, the bathrooms were the best we have experienced while camping. Our site was up close to the front and while you could hear the interstate traffic some, it did not take away from the quiet feel of camping. Our boys were able to ride their bikes and we were even able to visit the flea market that is directly beside the campground. I do suggest updating the photos because they do not show the current renovations and how much better the place looks. We will be returning in the future and will be recommending the campgrounds to others.

The staff were incredible helpful and hospitable. We unknowingly had a pipe get busted along the way, the staff helped us with the necessary resources to fix the issue. The pool was clean, the bathrooms were immaculate. The grounds kept up. They even had a trash pick up service each morning. Overall the staff was top notch when it came to southern hospitality. I will be back and recommend coming on the weekend when you can visit the flea market that is next door.

We've stay here often over the years, when traveling along Interstate 75. We were surprised at the condition of the RV park. Many, many down trees between the park and the lake, we assume due to the hurricanes. The dog walk area was overgrown and the dog clean up station is no longer there. It looked as if the grounds aren't maintained, as they used to be.

We only setup at the Flea Market attached to the RV Park. Sunday was our busiest day. Lots of Vendors setup and lots of Bargains to be found . I bought a few Tomato plants and zucchini plants at reasonable prices from the Produce booth up front.

This rv resort can be so much more with some investment. My concrete super site was somewhat unlevel from front to back. The area around the cracked concrete pad was super sandy and unkept. Dead oak tree limbs/branches over hanging the site were a concern. Bathhouses were clean. Conveniently located off Interstate 75, however, loud Interstate traffic noise non stop. Fresh water hookup had a light brown appearance.

Eagles Roost RV Resort – Amazing Hospitality & Beautiful Grounds (10/10) Eagles Roost is one of those campgrounds that truly stands out—not just for its beauty but for the kindness of its owners. After the devastation of Hurricane Helene, they generously let us stay for free, showing just how much they care about their guests. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated! The campground itself is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, stores, and the scenic lakes of Lake Park, GA. The sites are spotless, with concrete pull-through pads that make setup a breeze. The public bathrooms and showers are some of the cleanest we’ve seen, which is always a huge plus. Full hookup amenities make for a comfortable stay, and there’s even a pool—a great way to cool off and relax! One of the unique perks is the neighboring flea market—busy but full of charm, with fresh fruits, vegetables, and unique finds. The entire atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone we met, from staff to fellow campers, was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! The RV park has been ravaged by the hurricanes over the last several years including Helene. They lost many trees and damaged the rest of them. The RV park is a great location for overnight stays if you're traveling to Florida or back north due to being close to the highway. It has a small pool, swing set shuffle board and etc. which are old and not maintained. Overall it is a good place to stop overnight on your way through to your final destination.
