Horrible place to rent a unit from, they give no notice or reminder of your bill, they lock you out and claim to send numerous emails but only sent 1 which was an invoice not a reminder email, they are hard to reach and no one is ever in the office

These people are crooked. They'll keep charging you after you move out of the storage building. The units get water in them. I had water damage to some of my stuff. Do not use them. There are much better storage unit places with more affordable rates. The door would barely close and lock. I had to fight with the door to get it to close. And like i said, i moved out the middle of last month and they're sending me bills and late fees. The staff have terrible attitudes and the storage units are run down. Don't get ripped off. Also there is no safe way to get out of the parking lot if you walk over to get stuff from your building.

Most reasonably priced units in the area. Easy to start rental and no hassles since start up. When I've needed assistance I always got it in a timely manner. 12/27/2019 Update - I've been with Economy Storage for almost a year now and it has been one of the most stress-free services I've ever experienced. Most of the time when dealing with a rental (car, apartment, etc.) it's a hassle and you have to follow up a million times. Same with insurance companies or student loan providers. Economy Storage is different. They get it right and keep things simple. And still far and away THE BEST prices in the area. Very grateful they exist. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars!

Economy Storage has been and still is one of the best storage units we have used. The application is not complicated to fill out, our unit is really beneficial and the price we pay is very economical. We have not had any problems and paying on line is great. When changes occur you are notified quickly. We highly recommend Economy Storage over any other place.
