We had a house fire and insurance ended up being bogus. We was working in white pigeon Michigan and decided to stay at koa campground in Middlebury Indiana. 1 month 625 I believe. Our RV was broken into door was pried open and of all things they stole. It wasn't the TVs in which had 3 in there. It was our keys out the ignition. I let Angie in the office know. She said ahh man. So I left camper behind paid dry storage. Returned to Ohio to finish up a couple jobs. Then we ended up having car problems. Wiring issue. The campgrounds new our situation in which was out of our hands waiting on shops to have an opening. They key issue was solved I just had to get my car out of shop and return. They had my RV towed. Class C Winnebago 16,000 lbs. 737 dollar tow bill and 100 a day for tow yard. They did this with no remorse or conscience for another human being or I should say my family. I know the world has changed, I also know that good businesses will remain good businesses if there a business ran by someone of integrity. To do the rite thing when know one is looking is the definition of integrity. So let my voice be herd. Running a business like this families need to know this type of stuff they do. The ripples there decision caused. In my situation they pretty much took my RV and I doubt I'll get it back. All due to they couldn't wait a day or 2 more due to the shop having trouble troubleshooting the issue due to a wiring issue. Yes they said they close on November 1st. What do I do if the shop couldn't figure it out by the first. It was not hurting anything sitting on an empty lot. This decision koa made in Middlebury after my RV was broken into on there property with my keys taken. I would at least expect a little compassion and to be worked with a little seeing how the keys were stolen there. I'm at a loss for words. Feelings and out of an RV. I ran a business years ago. I was proud of mine. These guys should be embarrassed and ashamed of there's. Businesses thrive or demise off of reviews. You be the judge. You should be in a position to be ready to spend thousands if your RV has any issues on there property or stay home. I wish we would of stayed home. Hopefully God has a planning all this. I am having trouble seeing how this fits into the plan. Thanks for reading everyone.

The tent site I had was nice - large, plenty of parking space, flat, semi-private site near the well-maintained walking trail, with water, electricity, and a provided lamp. The camp store had some things I needed, and seemed well-stocked. Restroom was clean and easily accessible. Very friendly staff - a kind gentleman contacted me late evening when I had a question, and reassured me that late arrival would be no issue. Night-check-in was easy - there was an envelope left with information for me, including an easy-to-follow map right to my camp site. Very easy to get there - right off the highway, just a short way down the road. Well-marked and lit at night. Only reason for 4 stars overall instead of 5 is excessive noise from the road, which the KOA can't do much about. I liked this place, and would camp there again.

Small campground a little tight, they put us between two large buses. We stopped there to watch the football game. They said they had great cable turned out. The cable was lousy. Reception was poor. We wind up going to a sports bar to watch the game.

We rented a cabin for our KOA stay. We are KOA Elite members and always keep an eye out for them when on the move. Our RV was being serviced at GD and we had to find a hotel(at our cost) while they serviced our poorly manufactured unit again. With a 6 person family that meant 2 hotel rooms at all that were available. To keep costs down we tried the KOA cabin. The lady working the desk was great. She was brainstorming with us on how to make things work and suggested some great ideas. Her services were 5☆. The other staff we interacted with couldn't give a cent about what we needed. Finally, the cabin itself was gross. Although, efforts were made to clean it before our rental, everything was gross. The walls, the floors, the coverings, the BBQ. It was like no one rented the cabin in years. The RV sites themselves did not look very level. The amenities were old and tired. We would definitely not try to stay here again.

Camp sites for larger campers are small. When we put the awning out it was within a 1 or so of the camper next to us. Pool is dated.. from around 1970ish.. bath house is somewhat clean, lot of showers in the men's but 2 toilets. Gravel pads somewhat level.. people in the office not that bright.. we came from Michigan and 13 the road that crosses over 80/90 toll road was closed fpr replacement and they never told us.. on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being top shelf i would rate it a 5 at very best. I would not stay here again.

A beautiful place to stop. The RV spots are well maintained, and very clean. The staff is great and there are things to do there for families.

We stayed in a standard KOA cabin. It was fine. It said our TV was connected to the Internet but we couldn't get any of the channels to come in. The bathrooms were fine. There is street noise, but it wasn't horrible. The woman that helped me at checkout was very friendly.

The cabins are very clean. Not cheap at all. Family friendly, very nice place to camp except for the traffic nearby. Staff is somewhat nice except for Angie, the manager. She talks behind people's backs and just gossips about everything. Don't trust Angie. The rest of the staff is great. Except Jerry, the owner. He's really strict about the place and isn't a pleasant person to talk to. The bathrooms are sometimes disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this specific KOA due to my reasons.

We camped in a tent here and had the best time! Friendly and accommodating staff, and our late checkin went without a hitch. The bathrooms are very clean and there was a lot of fun stuff to do. Super affordable. Very impressed and will definitely be returning to KOA soon!

Overall it’s a nice KOA with extremely friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. I did find the road noise and heavy traffic at 3 AM a bit unpleasant but certainly tolerable, but in all honesty it was because I’m an early bird out preparing my coffee that early. The camp store could offer a few more food/snack items. Otherwise we had a great stay, do recommend, and would consider staying again. Check out my video on my stay on Hammocks to Coasters on YouTube.
