I'm from a small country town\area at the very bottom of Monterey county. I grew up with small town values etc. And there just aren't very many businesses that have an attitude and approach like this anymore. The folks down there at Elkhorn have always treated me with more than fair. They've been kind and honest with me from day one. Not to mention they run a very clean facility and the rates are fantastic!

Owner regularly parking his truck and trailer in front of pull though 5th wheel trailer sites making it much more difficult for us to park. The spaces are very tight and backing in is not what we are paying for. Repeated requests have been ignored. It is in the fire access area clearly marked.

I really like how clean they keep this place. Also, the security system is really nice. The management team is very friendly and helpful. They are always available to help during their business hours. I live this place!
