We have been staying regularly in two other long-time Naples campgrounds and this was our first time at ES. We had the best time and enjoyed the very convenient location, exceptionally clean, well maintained and friendly professional and knowledgeable staff. We reserved three more visits in ES before the end of this year. Level brick-paver sites, quiet, very pet friendly. Highly recommend

Spent one night en route from Tampa to the Keys. Sites were level, but a little narrow. We were directed to enter into the park in the opposite direction that would have made sense to be able to back into the site. There was a tree planted so close to the site that it scraped the side of our camper while backing in. The sire was long enough that we did not have to unhitch our F150 from our 30-ft trailer. The resort was a bit further off the interstate than we usually go, but I was looking for an easy-in-easy-out. Pulling out in the AM went smoothly. There was a pool, bathhouse, and other amenities on site that we did not get to utilize. It was quiet and we felt safe.

We've been coming to this RV park for almost 3 years now. Mgr Manning, Asst Lori and Rob, grounds / maint have dramatically improved all areas of the park, amenities etc since. Absolutely great staff, always helpful and on top of maintaining park. We look forward to returning. To all have a wonderful summer.

We really enjoyed our first 3 years of living at this park while it was a family owned business. However, when the park was purchased by Treehouse Communities three years ago it became much less enjoyable. There used to be many full timers and group of seasonal guests that came back every year. There was a sense of community during the season when everyone was here. There were events and get togethers at the clubhouse along with many other on site activities throughout the season. Now most of them are not returning. Since Treehouse took over they have doubled the rates and did "improvements" that they claim justify the increased rates. They installed pavers around the pool deck which are already sinking in several places, some enough that it could cause serious injury by tripping on one. Instead of repairing them, their solution is to put little orange cones over them. They installed pavers on most of the RV lots without designing the proper drainage which has caused major flooding problems with even a moderate rain. They did partially replace the electrical grid in the park, but there are still 1/3rd of the RV lots on the old system which is always having voltage issues and outages. The clubhouse, bathrooms, and showers have been untouched. They are outdated, unmaintained, and not clean. There are a few residents that hoard garbage and full dog poop bags on their site for up to a week. This can make your stay feel like you just paid a premium to camp at the landfill. We once had a full dog poop bag from a neighbor float and settle on our pad during one of the moderate rains that flooded our lots because of the poor drainage. The last few times I used the pool, it had a thick layer of scum around it and the water had an odd tint and odor to it. The bathrooms and showers smelled disgusting and looked like they were not being cleaned. Somehow this park has a good review rating, while it's parent companies have ratings of 2.1 and 1.0. That could partly be because of employees leaving 5 star reviews for the park they work at. Like when park manager Dalton and his administrative assistant Meghan left 5 star ratings for the park they worked at, not only helping boost that parks rating, but it also helped them both get promoted soon afterwards. I sent an email to Treehouse to bring this to their attention. The response I received from the Senior Regional East Coast Manager, Rick, said that Treehouse does use the online reviews as one factor in promoting employees, and that he was aware of the reviews. When you have selfish, dishonest managers like this, it is no surprise why things have gone downhill at this park the last few years.

My fiancé and I have been coming to Endless Summer to visit family for a few years. The park has declined drastically since our first visit. Our last visit was in July and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was a mop left in the corner of the women’s bathroom and smelled horrid. The pool had a slimy film across the top with pavers sinking on both sides of the pool ladder. While taking garbage to the trash facilities an aggressive dog got away from its owner and charged toward us but thankfully it did not get through the fence. The only positive thing I can say about this “resort” at this time is they have some amazing permanent residents.

We are new to camping, but I found this park on a last minute trip & they had availability. The office staff was very nice & helpful over the phone. The slip had a paved slab with picnic bench. Everything was clean. We only stayed the night, so we didn’t get to use their amenities, but saw the had laundry & showers. It was close to some good local restaurants/mall, Walmart etc within 10 minutes. Would definitely be back.
